They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

Now that truck is not doing well anymore so I went to them again to ask how to get the equipment into my new truck and they help me find a solution for that. And even though the original estimate was too much for me to pay right now they found a way to, let me build the system overtime. They just put the touchscreen radio that was in my jeep back in my new truck and everything is very professional and done well. I look forward to getting the rest of the work done. I was quoted $100 flat rate which was very reasonable considering a local shop quoted me $85 just for the tow to their shop. Matt arrived at my home at the specified time. He was able to back the broken spark plug out without damaging cylinder or the engine. He allowed me to watch his progress and answered all of my questions while he completed the job! I bought it back and they said that my truck didn't have enough power to run the light bar and my tail lights, so they charged me more money to install LED taillights. After a couple years my LED bulbs burnt out (both at the same time) and Ford changed them back to normal bulbs and disconnected the light bar saying it was installed incorrectly. When I contacted Truck Trendz they informed me they now knew the light bar was designed incorrectly for my truck and I could buy a new one and pay to have it installed. Never mind that I'd already paid them for the light bar, the installation, and Ford to fix my taillights, but I now have a light bar that doesn't work and I'm out a grand. They took zero responsibility for selling me a defective unit and said I could reach out to the manufacturer if I chose to. I will gladly take my business elsewhere moving forward and find a company that values my business and money.
