I went here to look for some linen beach pants before going on vacation and had a horrible experience. When I got there one of the workers was nice and helped me out, but then the owner came out and started following me around. I had my 8-month-old daughter in a stroller and I was carrying several items that I was going to purchase, so I decided to put them on top of the stroller. The owner came over and grabbed the items that I had on top of the stroller and took them to the register. She was rude about it and grabbed the items as if I were going to steal them. She didn't even tell me she would have them at the register. The owner has no type of customer service skills and assumes that people are going to steal her cheap-looking clothes. I will never go back and give this lady my money! I do not recommend this place. Save your money and buy somewhere else! read more

Not sure what the other complaints were about. The people here were never terrible to me. I've shopped in this store as a size 16/18 and found some cute jeans. And then after I reached my goal weight I found 3 really cute dresses. I also found some boobie cutlets. To stuff my bra, and make my dress look extra nice. They also had some pretty cool face masks, when we were faithfully wearing our masks. I got the most blingy ones here. read more

If I could give it a zero I would! Let me start off with the workers, yes they suck but not as bad and terrible and rude as the owner! If this place could be shut down cuz of her then it would of by now! But honestly the stuff in there is not bad priced but with that kind of attitude from somebody it's honestly not even worth it! The owner made me feel like a was stealing and was FOLLOWING ME AROUND THE STORE! When I was literally getting my girl another dress her size cuz the one she had was not her size when she was trying it on and once she confronted me she told me very rudely some dumb ass rules that had nothing to do with what I was doing, because apparently I can't get my girl another dress for her when she's trying on a dress at the moment! That sounds dumb right? Well I told the owner straight forward okay I understand but next time don't follow me around I don't appreciate that, and she just walked away and ignored me, I told her a couple times again that her following me was not acceptable as she continued to ignore me and walked away, well beside all of that let me tell you that at checkout I wanted to earrings for myself and sadly enough I got her to ring me up so I asked her to get me the pink earrings I wanted for myself and as soon as she saw what I wanted she LAUGHED! IN MY FACE! And started looking around her to see who was nearby so they could laugh with her but of course no one was there to laugh at me with her! And then she even tried telling me to get some black ones she liked instead like are you serious?! So yeah overall this is the worst spot ever, I hope the owner reads this but I'm sure she doesn't care at all to look over the reviews cuz as far as I see she stays the same! read more

C&S Dazzle is next to TJ Maxx in the same plaza as Fresh & Easy and Sally's. Super easy to find -- loved the window displays. They had so much stuff -- cute & AFFORDABLE clothes for school, work, & play! The sales associate was super helpful and knew exactly where the work clothes section was (I think they're pretty organized there!) She also introduced me to my new fave mascara and lipstick!! I can't believe they were so inexpensive btw.. I tried the mascara at home (pink & green one) and I was really impressed. I got my sis a cute floral top, and myself a black purse. I'm super picky about purses too so I wasn't expecting to find one I liked -- but this one was soft, roomy, and at a price I agreed with. I'm happy to say I've found a new store that I can return to, several times a month, while not breaking the bank! read more

I would give them more stars if they didn't hover around me while I am trying to shop due to racially profiling me. I had my debit card my phone and my keys and the girl is following me around the entire store while there are other customers in there as well. Everytime turn around there she is. Pretending to rearrange a shirt on a hanger. Do better people. HORRIBLE customer service. My girlfriend was looking at their dresses and no one wanted to help her with the dress sizing or even the style of the dress. They just stood there gossiping about their personal lives while working and didn't want to be inconvenienced. And you can't return anything you purchase understandably but they could at least provide a second opinion on sizing. read more

Terrible customer service, forcing us to wear masks when me and my friend were the only two people in the store even after we told her we were FULLY vaccinated. She was very rude and kept asking us to leave even after we reminded her that the fresno county sheriffs office and Fresno PD said they would not enforce this policy. Came here with my daughter after looking for a prom dress for 3weeks. She found the one she loved & it was even the last one in her size. Ladies working were helpful both on the phone & in store. Prices are pretty good for what this dad saw. I wanted to spend under 200 and I payed just over 100. They had more detailed ones for 200-300 but this is her junior prom not senior. (Dad logic). 49$-300$ was what I saw and nicer then stores at the supped up mall. Even saw clothes for my lady I wouldn't mind seeing her in. Check them out. read more

Ive heard nothing but good things about this place so I made a trip over to see what all the hype was about... Tons of very cute things. Sizes range from 00 - 3X (although most things ran a little small). Prices were anywhere from $6 - $30. Pretty good selection, although theyre still stocked with tanks and its getting too close to winter for that. The sales girl was very kind and proactive about getting me a dressing room and helping me find things. My only issue was how unorganized it was. Things were not really sorted out theres stuff everywhere!! I feel like I could have found more but I got lazy searching through the mess. I walked out with five really cute items for about $50. I'll be back to hunt some more! read more

This store is pretty close to my home so I was really excited to check it out when it first opened. It turned out to be everything I hoped. The clothes, shoes and contacts are all reasonably priced and the style is really cute. Whenever I'm looking for something new for my wardrobe I go to take a look. There is almost always something on sale. This is one store I hope never closes. I really enjoy shopping here. read more

If I could give NO stars I would. I just spent over half an hour waiting outside the store. Posted time (this page, internet/yelp, etc.) all said opening time today was 10:30am. I planned a shopping trip (to buy my daughter's prom dress and accessories) around going to this store. After visiting TJMaxx, and deciding early there was nothing there, I waited outside C & S starting at 10:25. I waited, and waited. Finally, I gave up standing and went to my car to wait. At 10:50 I got ready to leave, only to see a woman go to the front door and unlock. I reparked my car, thinking I had far less time than I needed to shop there, but I was going to try. The door was still locked. When I tried to get the woman;s attention, she yelled at me from the counter that she wasn't opening until 11. When I pointed to the sign, that it said 10:30am, she snarled at me that today she was opening at 11. I had no more time to wait. Today you lost a customer! Not only are all your POSTED opening times incorrect, I got a rude response from someone who should have wanted my business. i would have understood and forgiven an apologetic, "Gee, I'm sorry, we haven't changed our posted times. I will open as quickly as I can". For that I would have come back. This woman didn't care about the fact that I was about to spend a few hundred dollars in your store. Not any more! Terrible customer service, and I hope the owners figure out that they will lose business with attitudes like that woman had.
