So how am I just finding out about this adorable accessories boutique. Since having kids I honestly haven't been wearing much accessories... cause honestly who has the time to glam up with two littles. Anywho my husband was having a company party and first time in a while to finally get dressed up. It was the perfect excuse to go shopping for something cute and inexpensive. Saw that they were also having a BOGO 50% sale for Christmas and took advantage of it. The staff was friendly and greeted me upon entering. I had my toddler and my baby in a stroller so it was a bit tight getting around since there were a few shoppers in store. They have so many different selections of accessories. I ended up getting a dainty necklace for myself and my daughter and two bracelets all for about $50. They do have a rewards program free to sign up. Definitely my new go to place for accessories. read more

Lots of costume jewelry to look at but nothing real. I recommend going elsewhere for jewelry like anywhere else! I bought some pieces that broke same day. Prices are crazy for what they are selling and the vibes are really off to the wanna be pretentious girls working there.. go to forever 21 or a big store to get refunded your jewelry that costs pennies on the dollar to make. read more

A pageant girl's candy store dream! I have been coming to JULIA and the old Julia Vogue location, since 2013, when I first started competing in pageants. The staff has always been very helpful in making recommendations and focusing on individual guest needs. I just show them a picture of my evening gown or outfit, and they'll lay out over 10 options at a time! The prices range from inexpensive to pricey, but the non-designer brand items are still of high quality. I have never paid more than $20 for a pair of dramatic jewel earrings. So many colors to choose from - basics of silver, gold and rose gold to all the colors of the rainbow! Also, they do provide a generous discount for pageant girls! read more

Staff is over the top! Asking to many questions and very bothersome while we are shopping. I kept feeling eyes staring at me and my boyfriend the whole time I was there. Came here to shop for a few items and instantly left because we weren't able to shop in peace.. The employee kept asking us if we needed anything, we said no we are just browsing because we have no idea what we want yet and everything we touched the Employee asked if they can take it off the shelf and show us. At this point the employee was not leaving us to shop in peace.. sometimes guests want to shop without employees asking a million questions or staring to see if we touch anything and asking us if they can take it off the shelf for us .. we were extremely uncomfortable so we left quickly without buying anything at all .. going to shop somewhere else where we are not bothered and can shop in peace! read more

I bought a lettered bracelet and after ONE day the beads are already tarnished and dirty!!! I don't even want to wear it any more because it looks so bad. I understand this isn't a high quality item but I expected it to hold up longer than one day!!! I didn't swim or shower with it on so I have no idea why it looks so bad. Supplies inside are nice. The reason for the two stars is because of the incessant and unyielding staff. Within 10 minutes of being in the store you will feel smothered by the "nice-ness" of the staff that are always watching you and asking if everything is okay. The last two times I've been in the store with my cousin I was asked how I was doing 5-6 times within the first 10 minutes. I would recommend that the staff let the customer shop on their own more. read more

This afternoon I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at Julia Vogue. My mother and I went shopping in there to look for some jewelry pieces, and we were also with my brother and grandmother. As my mother and I were looking at a piece of jewelry, I looked over and seen these two YOUNG workers telling each other something in one another's ear and looking at my brother who was in the back of the store. My brother was just minding his own business and was walking around on his phone and they made my family very uncomfortable by directing their attention to my brother . Shortly after one of the YOUNG workers decided to walk to the back of the store and look at my brother, and go back to where she was. This will be the last time I will ever give my service and waste my money to this store. read more

I've been going to Julia Vogue (mostly their now closed location at Bellagio) for at least the past 6 years and their selection of jewelry is phenomenal. They have jewelry at all price ranges and their quality is great. They regularly get new and trendy pieces so you'll never be bored. read more

So I originally put something on hold over the phone for my mother for Mother's Day. I talked to savannah who said she was going to put it on hold. BIG MISTAKE. When I got to the store, she tried lying to my face saying how there wasn't anything on hold for me when I had called?!? Turns out, she had sold it to someone else. If I can give it zero stars I would. I've shopped here many many times & spent quite a bit here. I bought a ring wore it the next day & snapped in half. I went in hoping To get a replacement or store credit. The gal basically told me there was nothing she can do. & to have a nice day. Terrible customer service & she was rude. I have been a customer of Julia Vogue since they had their first store in the Villagio and they have always had associates that have superb customer service skills however tonight my husband, I and our two young children popped into their second store in River Park where our experience deserved more than 5 stars! The two associates Cindy and Kerrian (spelling?) working this evening provided absolutely stellar service: they were professional, friendly and had thorough knowledge of the pieces enabling them to make excellent suggestions. They were so sweet and welcoming to our two little ones, despite all of the extremely breakable merchandise surrounding them. They need to be up front about the return policy when you purchase jewelry. You are only given 24 hr to receive your money back or you receive store credit. I'll be scratching this store off my list. read more
