Great customer service! I just moved to the area and needed a last min outfit for a work diner I was attending. Elizabeth (I believe her name was) was extremely helpful in finding something for me! I had a lot of concerns given that I am curvy/ mid sized and we had to go through quite a few options. Quite often I leave stores because most trendy styles these days are unflattering or don't fit my curvier areas. The whole process can become overwhelming. Elizabeth was super reassuring and made the experience so much easier. She even steamed the top for me because I was short on time! read more

I definitely prefer this location when I'm in a pinch for a last minute outfit. All of the girls at this location are so friendly and helpful! Emma is very helpful at helping me put an outfit together and I always get compliments on what she helps me choose. I do wish they had a little better quality and more up to date styles but when you need something quick that your closet does not have I always stop in to see what I can find here. read more

Love shopping here they have such a good variety of clothes but I will not be going to the location by river park. Been there two times and the first time the girls were not nice at all and I thought maybe it was all in my head but I went there again for a second time and the girls did the exact same thing and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. This has been one of my favorite boutiques for over 10 years since it opened and I have always had great experiences shopping there however today I was very sad and disappointed with my customer service. I have been following their Instagram page looking for clothes to buy for my Florida trip as I was shopping someone took my clothes to prepare a dressing room for me while I continued shopping then all the staff went to the back except one employee who was helping another customer As I shopped one of the employees came out and started taking selfies in the mirror next to me where I was looking debating on buying an outfit she was super unfriendly and had me in the background of all her pictures and didn't even ask if it was okay or how I was doing I then waited by the dressing room because I wanted to try on my clothes and the girl who was taking selfies was too concerned with taking pictures than to ask me for help or see if she could get anyone to help me and I know she works there because I see her on Instagram all the time taking selfies I waited for 5 minutes and walked out just extremely disappointed because I've always enjoyed going there for the atmosphere and recommend so many people to this boutique. This was terrible customer service considering how slow it was showed they have no value in all their customers. read more

Ooh La La has been my go to local clothing boutique since I was in high school (which was like 10 years ago - lol). They keep up with all the latest trends and have so many options. From formal wedding attire to casual looks, you can find just about anything you need. All of the girls are very friendly and there are constantly sales/deals if you're apart of the text club or check-in on Yelp. They're also a carried of Quay glasses - which is awesome. I prefer shopping here over big box places because the items are more unique. The store isn't huge, so I never feel overwhelmed with all the options. The only thing I wish they'd up is there jean game - this is the only item I still have to go elsewhere for. Sizes tend to cap out on the smaller end, so it's very rare that I find jeans that I can fit in. read more

I have to say, I've never seen any company do this before. I've been shopping at Oh La La for about 2-3 years and I just started making it my go-to this year. I've always been greeted with kindness and smiles. I've never been let down. I guess I ended up talking to the ladies about how I just got off school or something. I saw this dress on Facebook, which I love how responsive they are on social media, and I told myself I MUST HAVE THIS! I told them I came from Facebook. I started coming more often once I noticed that they're super responsive and they post their outfits online. They're the most caring employees I've ever seen and they care about your well-being. I love this store! For many reasons! One, I love that this boutique keeps up with the current trends and that's why they're voted Fresno's best store! It's hand selected items that look great and for all occasions and all the parties I had to go to I've always come in here first and find everything I need from the basics to trendy outfits and great selection of colors and sizes also! So disappointed in the lack of customer service I received today. I purchased 3 t Shirts from here a little over a week ago, totaling $72. I washed one on hand wash delicate & laid it out to dry. Today I went to put it on & noticed a part of the shoulder/ sleeve was stretched out, almost twisted. I brought it back to the store only wanting an even exchange , the t shirt was $29 since I had just purchased it I never imagined they say no. I was hoping to get more than one time use out of it. I spoke to Erika said she was a manager but that she would call the owner however she was sure the owner would tell me the same. She walked to the back instead of making the call in front of me, when she returned She pulled another shirt off the rack to point out that the colors were different she said it was my fault because I hadn't washed it properly. My daughter & I have shopped here for years, a lot of the girls who have worked there longer even know me by name. I know it's not the highest quality of clothing , it's comparable to F21 which is why I washed it hand wash delicate. I will never spend another penny here again. It's clear they don't care about losing my business. My daughter who is in college will not shop here either & I will be sure to share my experience with both my friends and hers. Lesson learned, guess that's what happens when you don't shop a reputable department store that will back the quality of items they sell or that actually care about good customer service...so much for shopping local, Fresno/Clovis read more

Great store! They have cute clothes and great customer service but only at the Clovis location. The Riverpark store has never had good customer service. It is full of girls who are full of themselves and do not want to help anyone. I have to nearly beg them JUST for a dressing room. BUT, I NEVER have to do that at the Clovis location. This is a boutique so you have to hurry and get in if you see something they have. I wish they would order a few more smalls because it's hard to find smalls but overall it's a great store. I strongly suggest you only shop at the Clovis location and stay far away from the Riverpark location. Worst customer service there. read more

I would like to say to the person that doesn't want to try it due to the rudeness of the staff "the friends who told you the staff was rude were RIGHT ON!". I live close by and recently had surgery on my hand and have knee braces due to an injury on both legs. I was shopping there and when I had to use the restroom. When i asked them if I may please use their restroom they loudly said it was for them only. I had to walk far knee braces and all to find a nice enough open business that would be kind enough to allow me to use theirs (which was a gym close by). HAPPILY they allowed me (although it was embarrasing because there were all me inside). When I went back to get my sister she was telling the lady at the cash register about the incident and the lady never even acknowleged he even speaking...and when my sister said 'apparently you don't care the cashier said nothing except 'NEXT IN LINE'! What they have in their store is nothing different from any other store and no cheaper! I hope people would not shop there since they don't seem to care about their customers at all! I suggest they go elsewhere where the owners care enough about us! I would never give them a dime and I hope you dont either! By the way, this was the store on Willow.
