My $50 did not go far there. Haha. However, it did go far at Valley Veterans Thrift. They are right next to Emerald Thrift Store. They seem small from the outside, but as you walk in, they are extremely big. Not only that, they are very clean and organized. They do have some nice items and i scored a Lee Sands Eel skin purse and little mini bucket bag for only $10 altogether so my $50 budget went far here. They do have Coach, Michael Kors and other items. I saw a Coach Poppy bag (my least favorite style out of coach) for $25, but it was not worth it due to ink stains. I'm on the search for Vintage- not Y2K, but Vintage Vintage Coach bags, but i love all bags. I know when a bag is genuine leather by touch. Definitely a thrift store to check out.

I saw lots of items & clothing I could use in another scenario but not what I came in for. The furniture area is always a neat place to walk around but I did not have time this time. The store has been rearrange no shelves in the way. It looks more spacious. There is a variety of clothing here for men, woman, kids and teens, all sorts of people. Household items, accessories for various occasions. Dresses for anything u can think of. I saw a wedding dress and I wondered if it worked out for that person? On top of the clothing racks are shoes. None for me this time. It just wasnt in my cards. But next time I could find tons of stuff I need. I like to check out the shelf in the back it has like office supply type stuff on it. Bday party kits, different cards and stickers. Sorting type contraptions for desks. They have a large area in the back with dishes, tea pot sets, glass ware, pots and pans. There is a book area and toys. They have a tag color discount going on, make sure to check out what color is discounted that day. Ask about Veterans discounts as well. This really motivated me to declutter and clean out my closet. They always have color tag deals. I've recently found some purses for a really great deal including an egg poacher. The staff is really nice, maybe because i am there all the tims now. It's not the cleanest, but there are always treasures if you look hard enough.

i really hate to rate this antique shop 1 star but i was very disappointed based on the description…read moreof how things are "curated" for this shop & reviews below. i had imagined something entirely different. i have to say, staff here are ready to help for the most part but it was really hard looking through things. most sections were hard to squeeze through because of huge furniture items or pile ups of heavy unorganized junk that were stacked in the way. i was looking for vintage bags & found one section at the very back that had amazing, quality vintage clothing & handbags but what a mess! the bags were wedged in the back behind so much packed in clothing falling off the shelves to the floor behind crates which was hard to get behind. when i pulled out one of the bags by doing some yoga twists & poses, i was finally able to reach a vintage dooney & bourke for $450 in fair condition. not mint, excellent or even good condition - BUT FAIR - so the price point of $450 on that vintage dooney bag was ridiculous. everything felt dusty & grimy. i found 3 boxes of 1970's madame alexander dolls & had to open each box to see what was inside & one of them had a DEAD SPIDER on the doll's dress right when i lifted the lid. there were only a few sections that were well organized with figurine displays but everywhere else you had to hunt for things behind paintings placed on the floor (fire hazard). for example, i found a 12" composition shirley temple doll listed for $129 laying behind a large framed painting. if i hadn't moved the painting, i wouldn't have seen the doll laying there. & that describes how messy this place is. also, because of how the doll was just laying there, you'd think it was worth FIVE DOLLARS, not $129.00. i need to mention the music. i'm not usually bothered w/antique stores playing appropriate music for their shop but when we came in this day, some disturbing psychedelic chanting music was playing & it was BLARING through the speakers. this place isn't curated well at all. additionally, i left feeling like i needed a shower & was traumatized by the type of music playing.
