He sprayed lubricant only on the left side of the garage door rollers, which fixed the issue. However, he then told me the spring was "coming apart," which was not true. Another garage company inspected it afterward and confirmed the spring was completely fine. I was charged $120 for a quick spray on a couple of rollers, and the additional claim about the spring was misleading. When Taylor was 20-30 minutes from getting to us, he called me at 5 after 5 to let me know. I appreciate the promptness in the phone call. Upon arrival my husband, Taylor and I got to talking about our garage door needs. Initially we brought Jolly Goat out for the possibility of maintenance for the current door we have. After assessment we asked for an estimate for repair and new door. After hearing the cost for repair to the current door, it was decided we will be getting a new door instead. I appreciate the time for them making the drive out at our request. At the end of the appointment, Taylor got the final quote and other documentation sent to my email and measurements completed, so they could get the door ordered as soon as possible. With spring comes spring cleaning and we are looking forward to getting this new door, as the old one is dented, rusted, springs busted,etc...
