This company put traps outside of my home so mice would not enter my garage. They were supposed to…read morecheck them monthly. They showed up one time after the initial appointment....parked in my driveway and put a bill on the door. They did NOT look at any of the traps. I called and was told that I was crazy because they do not do business like that. It had snowed.....there were no tracks in the snow near the traps. I don't think they realized I was home and watching them out the window. As a result, I decided to cancel my service. I made several attempts to cancel, and when I did not receive a bill, I assumed that they finally complied with my request. What a surprise it was to receive a letter from a collection agency for 39.00. My bill was current. The company went out of business and turned over their accounts to collections. I was told that unless I paid the 39.00 my credit score would be adversely affected, so I paid the 39.00. I am irritated because the company who did NOTHING will now receive part of that payment. The worst part? I paid a deposit for these traps and I will never see that money. What a horrible company. No wonder they went out of business.

I called him last year in a panic because of bees in my brick work…read moreas well as in my deck, and as a mom with two kids who have bee allergies, during the middle of a global pandemic, it felt like "another thing". People were booking out weeks- and these bees meant I wasn't comfortable letting my kids outside. James took my call, came within 24 hours, explained what the problem was, where they were coming from, and took care of it. He sprayed our entire perimeter, the deck, the house, everything. We didn't see anything for almost two months. When he checked in with us, and found out that the bees in the deck were back, he made a point to come back and re-spray.
