Chris came over today after my roommates and I had a great fear that bedbugs were roaming! He called within the hour and came to the home same day. He went room to room and showed me how to identify bedbugs if it were to be a problem. Luckily we just had some carpet beetles who had nested in left food from a lazy roomie. Happy Customer!! Presidio went above and beyond!! My Aunt is a woman in her 90's partially disabled and loquacious. I'm so grateful for the care and compassion he treated her home; but especially the compassion he gave to my Aunt. Dear Presidio, I just wanted to inform you that shortly after my Aunt's apartment was treated she sounded like a different person. That is directly attributed to Bobby who went out of his way to not only treat her apartment but provided her and her care giver with stellar customer service! We discovered bed bugs on Saturday morning, I called Presidio and spoke with Bobby, and he immediately told me what to do until he could arrive Monday morning. My Aunt, myself and her care giver spent the entire weekend anxious and going through a roller coaster of emotions. When Bobby arrived on Monday, he really eased our minds and put our fears to rest. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with ease even when I was on the verge of tears. He knew exactly how to treat the problem and inspected other units within the complex free of charge. Although he did not find any in her care givers apartment he insisted on treating it to give us peace of mind. At no additional cost!! He also went out of his way to check others homes that visit my Aunt often to ensure that no one brought those awful creatures back while visiting her. Again, did that at no extra cost!! Things went well from the first phone contact with him - Refreshing to feel in good hands from the start! I feel like I have gained a friend out of this experience!! P.S. I would love to Thank Presidio for all the hard work. While it was a hard call to make they made me feel at home and explained everystep of the way. I had 3 estimates but the packet Presidio left was by far the best and most extensive I knew what to expect and what was going to happen. Every step I have taken with the company I feel like I have been talk to and not talked down. They have made it all pretty easy even the financing. And when I need some additional service calls I was glad it was the same person each time. He knew my house and my situation which made me feel more secure. Thank Presidio for all that you have done. My mom thought she may have had bed bugs, fleas or some sort of critters in her bed. Mom wanted a "green" company to deal with the potential issue. Chris came over within a couple hours of moms call to him. He offered a free consult and let her know he also offers a canine unit to sniff out critters! In a day and age where it has become so difficult to find reliable, professional service, the outstanding customer service of this company has been a breath of fresh air. They came highly recommended by other members of my HOA, and I am so glad I found them. My first service was to help prevent mosquitos. They came out almost immediately after I signed up for the monthly program and the whole process was straightforward and flawless. I then contacted them because I had an exterior ant issue and the owner responded to my email immediately and within days someone came out to take care of that. They even were able to schedule the service in a time very convenient for my limited availability schedule. The exterminator was professional, kind and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. After just moving into this home and being 'stood up' by a variety of landscapers, sprinkler system people, installers, etc etc, it was nice to experience efficient service. We called to request an inspection because we thought we had bed bugs. After talking to Bobby on the phone, it was possible that we actually might have bat bugs instead. Bobby came out the next day and thoroughly inspected our house. It turns out we had a simple case of harmless carpet beetles. Bobby was extremely courteous and took the time to explain everything to us and didn't even charge us for the service call. I'm sure we would have paid for unnecessary treatment of bed bugs if we went through another pest control company. Update. It turned out that I had bat bugs...similar to bed bugs in that they look like bed bugs but come into the house via bats. They are everywhere not just by the bed. Presido did another treatment once the bats were removed and the bug issue was resolved. Great customer service. Very supportive and knowledgeable about your stress and concerns. Highest reccomendation! read more
