It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

I came here a year ago to get my heating fixed in my truck and and then went out again soon after. So I came back to get it fixed again this year and it's only been a few weeks before my heating has gone out AGAIN. While it was in the shop, I was given no time frame of when it would be finished. The initial diagnostic took like 6 hours. The fix, took overnight, when I needed my truck by the end of the day. All I want is to be warm in the winter and for the fixes I ask for to actually get fixed. Not great service, no good warranty, and horrible quality. Will not go back.
