We signed a 1 year contract with the provider for cleaning services. I was hesitant to sign on for…read more1 year, as I've read tips online stating that if a provider is confident in their service, they won't require such a contract. I requested for the term to be shortened, in case anything were to go wrong, I wouldn't be locked in for the entire contract, but I was directed to a clause in the contract (the "REMEDIES" section) that would allow for me to to terminate if the provider did not fulfill our expectation and improve in a timely manner. Here I am, about a month and a half after I started my services and I could not be more disappointed in their cleaning and professionalism. I have had about 6 cleanings thus far, and I have never seen the same two janitors on site. How can we get consistent service and proper cleaning corrections made if we keep getting different people? On top of that, none of the women that have come spoke English. This would not be an issue if I spoke fluent Spanish or the janitors understood English directions, but neither of those are true. I could not communicate with them, and would have to resort to sending emails back to their admin for corrections to be made the next go around. As for professionalism, the contract states that the janitors would come out in uniform during each visit. This only happened for one visit. All other visits, the janitors wore what they pleased, which included short, strapless dresses, and flip flops. I even experienced one janitor talking on the phone while cleaning my office during business hours! So much for professionalism... I advise you to stay FAR AWAY from this business, if you are looking for someone reliable, professional, and can get the job done.
