While arranging a tow, we called around and were recommended Budget Auto Repair. After speaking to them, we were able to get our vehicle secured at their location even though they would be closed two hours before we arrived. The following day, our vehicle's fuel pump was replaced and finished at the close of business. We were an hour away, but the good folks at Budget Auto Repair were more than happy to stay until we arrived to pick it up that evening so that we could resume our travels. Unfortunately our vehicle broke down again the next morning when we resumed travels, and we were about 45 minutes to the north of Jacksonville. After a brief troubleshooting call to Budget Auto Repair, they arranged for a tow back to the shop and an all-hands review of the issue. The problem was identified quickly as a faulty hose that was provided on the replacement fuel pump. They removed the tank, built a better hose, installed the new hose on the fuel pump, and had us back on the road in the early afternoon. We were stunned at the absolute attention to getting the vehicle running, even though the issue was a manufacturing defect and not an oversight on their part. The staff at Budget Auto Repair need superhero capes. They are an exceptional example of customer service at its best.

It is because the address to this place leads you to some old storage units. Looks sketchy at first, BUT DON'T FRET folks. This place is occupied with nothing but hard working individuals of all different races, of all type trades and commerce; majority of which are auto shops. JS Mobile Car Care specializes in all types of automotive repair and services. It's a 2 unit auto shop, each bay has a ramp. I brought my car here in light of my brother's recent happy experience with the shop owner, Ador. My car started having an issue with one of the A/C Valve Stems not sealing and faulty; freon was slowly leaking. The only solution, replace the faulty valve, but in doing so, you must first empty all the freon out of the system. Then new freon have to be reloaded once new valve stem is place. I called around for many quotes. All in all, JS Mobile Car Care charged me 2/3 to 3/4 less of what the other shops quoted. What he charged was very reasonable. The best part was, I did not really have to wait too long. I was in and out, baddabing, baddaboom...outta there lickity split. Awesome service. All I have to say is....I think the A/C Gods was looking out for me. Not only did I saved money, I am now able to enjoy the HOT summer months....by staying cool.
