When I got there, I dropped off my car and it was super easy. You just have to fill out the sheet and he was even kind enough to also add on the oil change that I wanted even though they were pretty busy. It took just a few hours and I came back to pick it up and the cost was so much better than if I went anywhere else just to do one of those things. I will definitely be back. This will probably be my go to spot for forgetting my car fixed!

This was not happening for me, so I knew it was the fuel pump. After two hours the two truck came to my rescue in the cold and darkness. I brought the car to my home. Then on Monday, I called John's and asked if they could fix my car. I had several friends recommend them. I am so happy that I went there. They have a new customer for life! They tried to talk me out of it by telling me I didn't need all of it. I took my car to Famous and immediately I was greeted with a clear sense of what needed to be done and was given an exact quote of what was needed to get it fixed. It was extreme last minute notice and was taken care of without a second thought. I picked up the car the next day and it was over $600 less than the original shop quoted me on everything they wanted to replace. Famous didn't try to oversell me on anything or talk me into a service I didn't need. They gave me and my car the service it needed to run healthy.

I'm an aircraft mechanic and also work on cars. I purchased a kit and replaced my ac compressor, condenser, receiver, and expansion valve (all part of you car's AC system) and replaced o-rings and added proper amount of oil to each component. Took my car to Famous Automotive to have my car AC system leak checked, flushed and serviced. All i told them is that it was empty and what I wanted to get done, I did not tell them I replaced my AC components. After they are done the guy in the front desk named OZZY SEYAL as you can see in the receipt, told me that the reason my car was empty is because I have a "clog" in the AC system and it released all the freon and offered me to replace the "AC systems kit". That if I leave my car there today they can have my car ready for tomorrow and would cost me $1600ish. Obviously my car didn't need any of that to get done as it is literally the reason i took my car there to get serviced. So they blatantly lied to my face in order to get more money. THE REAL ISSUE IS THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM TO HAVE THE AC KIT PARTS IN STUCK FOR MY CAR SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY THEY COULD OF DONE THAT AND HAVE IT READY BY NEXT DAY, BECAUSE IT TAKES A FEW DAYS TO GET THE PARTS DELIVERED. SO IF IT WAS SOMEONE THAT DID NOT KNOW ABOUT CARS THEN THEY WOULD OF CHARGED THAT PERSON $1600ISH FOR REPLACING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND CLAIM THAT THEY REPLACED YOUR CAR'S AC COMPONENTS. ***TOTAL SCAM!!*** DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!*** Only reason I did 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did as I asked and serviced my AC system and it is running good. My brake light came on I refilled it and the next morning all of it is on the ground near my rear tire. Drum seals gone(?) so I had it towed to a shop that had some great reviews "Aarons on Spring park" instead of sticking with Parts only because they were closer to where I live now. Aarons calls back yes Drums are gone and the cost to repair $700+ brand new brakes, drums etc. Hold up guys let me call you back and i call johnny and tell him what they said to me. he said Rick you do not need to have all that done and the price seems a little steep. Let me give you a rough estimate. $320+ tow after all was said and done tow and all the total was $385.14. So my recommendation take your car somewhere else have them do an estimate then call Johnny. Odds are you will do better here. DO NOT LOOK for warm and fuzzy and be direct with Johnny he is a mechanic, No I mean a real mechanic someone that would work on a car reach over and eat a Krispy Kreme without washing.
