Filed a dispute in hopes to get my money back since I was taken advantage of, but the bank marked the case in their favor. Over $1,000 later and my dash is still peeling and yellow foam is all I see. Choose a mechanic shop where employees and the owner communicates when there are problems with a job, either or the shop owner should take responsibility for what his employee did to my car.

Jimmy is a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to diesels and especially with Ford's. I definitely recommend Southern Diesel and I would not take my truck anywhere else for maintenance! The other shops around said they wouldn't be able to work us in for 2 more days. Amber even offered to drop us off at a restaurant to get some breakfast. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be bringing my truck back here for any future issues.
