Took my car in for an oil change today. I said synthetic blend when asked if I wanted synthetic blend or full synthetic- I was charged for full synthetic which if I was heard wrong that's fine. I just hope I got what I paid for here. Wait time wasn't too long. The oil change was PRICEY. $142 for 7qts of oil, filter, and disposal fee of the old oil. Was charged $27/qt for $8/qt oil. read more

amazing service and super fast! this is my favorite jiffy lube to visit. I was helped by Joe, who was professional and friendly, and had amazing customer service! My only issue would be another associate there, who spent a good deal of time yelling at his associates and killing the overall pleasant atmosphere. I think his name tag said Sean? anyways he totally killed the vibe but aside from that guy it was awesome and Joe deserves a raise!!! read more

I'm only giving this a 2 because I felt bad for the kid. But I normally go to take 5 for all my oil changes. But because I was in a rush for work I decided to go to jiffy lube. When we first arrived we were asked to step out of our vehicle and go into the "lobby" however their lobby was as big as my toilet stall and only had three chairs and there was already five people in there. So we sat out front. Mind you it is 90 degrees in Florida. After sitting out there for 20 minutes I asked if I could sit in my car the polite younger gentleman working on my vehicle said I could sit in my car. We sat there for another 20 minutes. The cars started piling up so many people in line for this tiny little shop. And instead of helping the manager was just walking around acting bored. Towards the end the kid ( warden ) kept fumbling his words he's very inexperienced I don't know how long he's been working there but you can tell not long. Don't get me wrong he had manners and was a nice kid but I don't believe he's has the best training. Towards the end of the oil change the manager decided he was finally gonna help. Attempted to put washer fluid in my car. Yelled out Does the washer fluid hose not work and you heard someone from underneath yell no sir it hasn't worked in quite sometime. Which worries me for a few reasons 1. You're a manager and you didn't know that? And 2. How often do you not help the shop to not know that. The older gentleman who was was working hard on our vehicle did seem to have difficulties getting up and down and moving fast. I guess I'm just spoiled by take five. I'm always greeted with something cold to drink allowed to stay in my car and they get me in and out within 10-15 minutes. Also their pricing is way cheaper normally I pay $50 at take 5 I ended up spending $90 at jiffy. Will not be returning that's for sure. read more

Super slow service, I thought they were fast; however it took forever. They even charged me for a couple ounces of brake fluid, they used to top off all fluids and do it all in about 10 minutes. It ended up taking about 45 min and there was only one car in the bay ahead of me! I will not use them again, too slow! Awesome job! Stopped in to get my oil changed and Darrell and Houston really helped me out. Offered me excellent deals for extra services and rotated my tires for free and even did my windshield with rainX. When they discovered one of my tires bolts was completely warped.. he had one ran in on the house to replace it. I always come here, but I am so thankful that I got my car fixed and taken care of while I enjoyed some free orange juice! Got my oil changed here this week on my lunch break and Mike was so helpful. They were busy but I mentioned I was on lunch and he put a rush on it for me. He also did not pressure me to change the air filters or anything (he did show me them but was not pushy at all), and when I was worried about the price he helped me find a coupon online. Additionally, another customer was fairly rude to him, but he did not get upset and treated her with respect and kindness anyway. Thank you, Mike! read more

In for a basic oil change. The service was friendly and efficient. The guys (Darrell, Steven, and Joe) checked my car over, added fluid and put air in the tires. This is my normal spot for an oil change but this is a nightmare tonight. I have been here almost 2 hours waiting on my car to be serviced. ALL I AM HAVING DONE is an oil change! My hair appt. which was 30 minutes ago is ruined, and if they would have told me it would take this long I would not have even attempted it. What a terrible place! I went there a few months ago and it was great! Friendly staff, Super helpful Management, and it was surprising clean...for a place with oily sweaty men! However I was there less then a week ago and let me tell you...Not even considering going back!!! There is some new Management there and he a extremely rude! And I'm guessing they stopped caring about costumer service all together because the place has no AC! And it looks like it hasn't been cleaned....probably since the last guy was there. We like hospitality in this town and its just not at Jiffy lube! Not anymore. Also this new management has raised the prices! I mean its outrageous! read more
