Had vehicle there for maintenance and while it was there said hey there's a recall on mirror cameras please take care of that. They said we will look but if there's no issue there will be diagnostic fee. If you want to view the camera you press a button on the dash... so they first attempt to scare you out of the service they owe you. Anyways they did the work I had to pay for and said my truck was ready I get in cameras were not addressed. I have to go back inside to be like what's up with that and they're like oh we can't get the parts from ford. They said they'd reach out when they had them. The invoice clearly lists the oil change at $71.99; however, there are additional charges included that were neither explained to me nor authorized beforehand. When I called to inquire about these charges, I was told to speak with my service advisor. I was then placed on hold for several minutes, only to be transferred to another representative instead of my advisor. Months later, when we tried to use it, we were told it didn't exist. After pushing, they said it "wasn't activated." Then suddenly it shows up as only 30,000 miles / 3 years. I've been scammed, deceived, and bait and switch tactics were used to sell me a truck. This has been one of the most frustrating and misleading experiences we have ever had with a dealership. In summer 2025, my husband purchased a Ford F-150 from this location along with what was clearly presented by the salesperson as a 100,000-mile premium maintenance package, including mobile service. Months later, when we attempted to schedule service, we were told that no such package existed in the system. After multiple calls, the dealership admitted the package had never been activated on their end. Once it was finally activated, we discovered something even more concerning: instead of 100,000 miles, the system shows only 30,000 miles / 3 years. This is completely inconsistent with what was promised at the time of sale. First they said it wasn't activated, then they excused it with "we were in the middle of transitioning to a new system" to we will take care of you and been completely ignored. Since then, we have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue, with no success: * Endless transfers between departments * Promised callbacks that never happen * Lack of accountability from management * Ongoing avoidance instead of resolution We spoke with the finance representative, and accounting manager who repeatedly gave false promises that the issue would be resolved, but ultimately did not take any effective action. We were told that the general manager, was aware of the situation and would get involved. However, he has been completely unreachable. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, we have not been able to speak with him, and no action has been taken from his side. The right-hand of the GM initially acknowledged the situation and promised to prioritize it. He even provided his contact information. However, he later became unresponsive, ignored follow-ups, and failed to provide any clear information or assistance. We've been told Ford Corporate is going to call us to make it right but time after time we continue to be misled. Instead of support, we have only experienced delays, avoidance, and lack of responsibility. At this point, this appears to be a clear case of: * bait-and-switch tactics * misrepresentation of services at the time of sale * deceptive and unfair trade practices * failure to deliver contracted services We are not asking for anything unreasonable only what was originally promised and sold. We remain open to resolving this matter professionally and will gladly update or remove this review if the dealership takes responsibility and provides a fair solution. They don't print sales contracts anymore and have you read and sign on an iPad but they'll tell you the iPad doesn't work so to read and sign the paperwork on your phone so they can sneak in an $800 oil change they told you was complimentary and then when you bring the vehicle back to be looked at under warranty and they have no idea whats wrong with it so they keep it for months and run out your warranty because they aren't willing or aren't able to diagnose the issue and you're stuck with an inoperable vehicle with a payment and to add insult to injury they won't stop calling you at 7:30 in the morning enroll you in some membership or try to sell you more service when they couldn't fix the vehicle in the first place. read more

Bought a used ford explorer here in 2020 after weeks and weeks of haggling with the sales rep, Warren. He was not the most polite person, I'll say that. I kept offering reasonable number and was shot down. They adjusted the price online weeks after my offer and never contacted me. They lowered the price to lower than my offer. This morning, I had a not so pleasant interaction with Mr. Mejia. I was making an inquiry as to the FCTP program and Mr. Mejia provided inaccurate information and was rude. During our interaction he rolled his eyes, stated inaccuracies and turned away as I was speaking with him. As an auto enthusiast, I'm always checking out or purchasing new vehicles. Based on my interaction with Mr. Mejia, I wouldn't consider a sales transaction with Duval Ford. My opinion is that all customers should be treated with respect and provided with service excellence, unless the customer is ridiculous. My 2023 F150 battery died. Duval Ford Mobile Service came to my house the same day and the tech replaced the battery, but noticed a new problem with the automatic tailgate. I took the truck to Duval the next morning, and they replaced the faulty tailgate control module (which is what caused the battery to drain), and delivered the truck to my house. Our experience at Duval was great! We stopped in looking at Super Duty trucks and the inventory cover a wide range, but not exactly what we were looking for. Our 1st visit was awesome, we asked for no pressure approach, it was not our first time, the Duval Team was understanding, and we looked around and thanked them as we left. That left a great impression, we are not big fans of the vulture style approach. During our 2nd visit our salesman, Juan, took a list of what we were looking for and the sales team went to searching. Several days later he had some leads, but not quite "the one". He told us he'd get back with us and did 2-days later with a potential find. I do not recommend shopping for a car at Duval Ford, a bunch of liars and cheats. I went to purchase a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-1 2 days ago, first the lying salesman tried to add several bogus dealer fees, 999 for this, 999 for that, 999 for this, I left the dealership and did not purchase the car, later the sales manager called me and we verbally agreed on a sales price and trade in amount for my car, since it was late and night already and the car was still in detailing, I asked him to take it off the website and place a temp hold so I can pick it up and purchase it the next morning, he agreed and assured me that no one will buy it and it will be here so I can purchase it the next morning. Well, the next morning while I was getting ready to travel to the dealership to purchase the car, a salesperson called me and said sorry dude the car was sold last night. I then contacted the sales manager and he said he had no idea how it got sold, which is a total lie, it's impossible that he would not know that. I was really upset since I been looking for the car for a while with the right specs I was looking for, he kept saying I don't know how it happened, total BS lying ass holes. I called Duval Ford and let them know that when I went to get my tires rotated/oil change at an express lube place, the guys there said my lugnuts were "swollen" and basically that they were going to be stripped out and non-useable and that it was a common issue with the manufacturer, which i was suprised to hear because I have never heard of this. Anyway a gentleman named David told me that they would replace all of my lugnuts for FREE, and they were able to do it the next day. He was so nice and all the technicians were too. All i had to do was drive to the express lane. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and as a single mom, being able to avoid the extra expense of buying brand new lugnuts . Don't waste your time or money here! I setup a 6pm appointment on 10/17/23 to test drive a 2012 Charger SRT8. On my way to the appointment, I called to let them know there's traffic and I would be there a minute or two late, to which they reply "No problem, I'll let my sales manager know so we can pull the car to the front and have it ready when you arrive". I get there, talk to a gentleman at the front desk, he points me over to a salesman and tells me "he might be able to help you". I let the 2nd gentleman know I have an appointment to see and test drive a vehicle. He leaves to go find the keys, can't find them, then calls someone. Decided to make the appointment for Monday 7/18 , then decided Friday 7/15 to double check if we're still set for Monday. Upon responding was told it was ready Friday for me to come in Friday or Saturday since I wanted the vehicle and didn't want it bought from under me. I've decided to share my sorry about this horrible dealership I set up an appointment to see a Mazda 3 hatchback on time to my appointment they are showing it and letting someone take it on a test drive asking me to wait and see if he ends up buying it or not I choose to stay a few minutes see that they are starting to sign papers and choose to leave I get home and am now getting a call that the deal fell through that if I wanted to come see it I came back to the worst and I mean worst sales man ever unluckily I didn't catch his name (you know who you are) I like the car decide to buy it after several hours (5+) of waiting with no food one water bottle and no car to be able to leave I got ignored for hours left at my salesman's desk for 30-45 minutes at a time before he even came back to see me or let me know what's going on he took several personal phone calls while working with me and constantly disappearing finally we get everything done I sign the papers eager to finally leave knowing I just had a whole day stripped away from me I don't hear anything for weeks I don't even know who's financing my vehicle till finally I get a text about the paperwork wasn't handled correctly send some pictures of my ID and resign some documents failing to let me know that now my monthly payments are $9 more dollars a month with an additional 7 months now I was shocked and had the sales man finally reach out after almost 1 and a half of not hearing anything just for him to explain that they took to long getting the appropriate paperwork to the bank and now they need more information so they took it upon themselves to go with another bank that has given me a higher interest rate longer monthly terms and all he had to say was that other people try to get this term it's a better term that doesn't make any sense my 18000 dollar used car is now financed for 28,000 and with the interest rates it shoots to nearly 42,000 for a USED 2018 Mazda absolutely ridiculous I am a bit on the younger side so they definitely took that and ran with I never was I sat down an read these number just called and texted to sign hoping I wouldn't notice the new payments or terms buddy just told me to refinance when I can disgusting team of people that exploited me to the fullest read more

This guy contacts me with exactly what I'm looking for except when he finds out I'm from out of state he jacks the price up $13k. He then sends me pictures of other trucks that they have and when I tell him I think those prices are too high he tells me sir apparently these trucks are out of your budget you should look somewhere else. So that pissed me off because this guy has no clue what my budget is. I called in and spoke to a manager who told me sir I have no clue why he sent you those pictures we have no such trucks available. I'm sure he was trying to get me to drive 10hours out there to try to con me into buying something else. I will never do business with this company. Such a small thing- my tire pressures were crazy- nitrofilled- and one was quite low on pressure- hubby checks it out - says no leaks, but since it's nitro filled, take it to the dealership and have them check it out. So I called ahead- they said bring it in- they were SO busy... But one person explained that and was able to get my car's needs taken care of... and that was Christian. He was upfront and apologized for the busy lineup- said it could be a few minutes; I waited maybe half an hour; he got us fixed up, sensors reset, they'll couldn't find a leak either. Sean at the service center helped get my car taken care of and even found a way for me to get a rental car when they initially didn't have any. It has been one blundering callous mistake after the other. 1/25/20 I had an appointment for an oil change and repair my front left tire. I made an appointment, told the Young lady I needed a ride back to work.
