Hiring this company was a disaster, and almost lost us the home we purchased! From the beginning,…read morewe had trouble. We hired them to survey the property on our home purchase and to mark the property lines. We had to call multiple times to get a confirmed date for the survey. They didn't show on the expected date, and communication was non-existent. The email address on their website was wrong, and messages left on their phones were never returned. They did eventually pick up the phone, and told us that they "don't know how to use the voicemail system so those messages will never get picked up". They didn't understand that we needed the survey completed by the date specified on the contract they thought it was only required by the closing date. We were very fortunate that the seller chose not to enforce that contract date or we would have lost the house. Once they finally did complete the survey and sent it to the title company, the title company said they needed another copy because it was neither signed nor stamped. That was a whole other difficulty to get!! Finally we closed on the house but it took another week plus of phone calls before they finally marked the property boundaries. Communication AND execution were horrible, we spent countless hours trying to reach them and to have them complete the survey. do not recommend using this company at all!

Progress was slow, emails / calls asking for status were ignored, and final approvals for the City never provided (I gave up and hired a different firm to finish the job). This team has real trouble keeping track of its projects. But oddest of all, when I picked up the plans a nervous office manager implied I didn't intend to pay my bill simply because I wanted a quick glance to review them for accuracy. Apparently she thought I would run out the door with the plans in my hand. Really? If this firm is worried about getting paid for slow work and poor communication, perhaps it would be smarter to ask new customers for a deposit upfront instead of insulting them.

I paid over $4,300 in March 2025 for a land survey that was quoted to take about 1-2 weeks. After…read morenine months, no signed or sealed survey was delivered. The only item provided was an unstamped, unsigned preliminary CAD draft, which is not a legally usable survey. Another company was bid me 900 for the survey but Westar told me they can platting it with survey that why I pay 4300 for better work but what? : After months of delay, the company retroactively changed the scope to what they now call a "survey for the platting portion," even though this was never clearly explained or agreed to at the time of payment. They then issued an internal invoice claiming the preliminary draft alone was worth the full amount paid, despite providing no field notes, boundary calculations, crew logs, monumentation records, or final deliverables, pending works etc... I not pay $4300 for preliminary CAD. When I requested documentation and a reasonable refund, I was refused and pressured to either pay additional fees or accept a minimal refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone expecting clear communication, timely delivery, or a completed professional survey.

When we met Danny, we took a weekend trip to Texas. We wanted to meet our new realtor and visit some houses in San Antonio and the surrounding area, and we realized during this weekend to Texas we would need more time to find just the right home. The weekend we spent with Danny was a fun time getting to learn about him, and he learned about us so that we knew we were on the right track to find the right home. We needed to find a place to stay quickly once we move to Texas and during the weekend visit luck was on our side, Danny has a fully furnished Airbnb that we decided to rent while we search for our new home. Once we moved to Texas, we rented the Airbnb.
