Great pricing. Once paid they were out to survey the next day. They were fast, efficient, and very courteous. Highly recommend.

Hiring this company was a disaster, and almost lost us the home we purchased! From the beginning,…read morewe had trouble. We hired them to survey the property on our home purchase and to mark the property lines. We had to call multiple times to get a confirmed date for the survey. They didn't show on the expected date, and communication was non-existent. The email address on their website was wrong, and messages left on their phones were never returned. They did eventually pick up the phone, and told us that they "don't know how to use the voicemail system so those messages will never get picked up". They didn't understand that we needed the survey completed by the date specified on the contract they thought it was only required by the closing date. We were very fortunate that the seller chose not to enforce that contract date or we would have lost the house. Once they finally did complete the survey and sent it to the title company, the title company said they needed another copy because it was neither signed nor stamped. That was a whole other difficulty to get!! Finally we closed on the house but it took another week plus of phone calls before they finally marked the property boundaries. Communication AND execution were horrible, we spent countless hours trying to reach them and to have them complete the survey. do not recommend using this company at all!

They came out Nov 24th and performed data collection, noting fences, gardens, etc. They left and I never heard from them. I called several times to no avail, but did finally get through and arranged for a pdf of the survey doc to be sent to me. To obtain the survey doc, I paid the invoice in full and I subsequently received a survey doc. The doc G&B sent was of my property, but it was riddled with errors and had the wrong address posted on it. I recontacted G&B and asked for a corrected/revised survey doc. In early Dec G&B sent me a revised survey doc, again it contained errors, and it noted that there had to be three points/pins set to complete the work. I called G&B several times over the next couple weeks to schedule the crew to visit to set those three points. I gave grace because of the pandemic and the holidays. Over that period of time, G&B rescheduled a couple of times and didn't show up a couple of times. Finally on Jan 4th the crew returned and set those three pins. I and my neighbor noted the locations and I informed G&B the locations didn't appear to be correct. My neighbor immediately hired another survey company and that company came out and determined the G&B survey was in fact defective and the three pins were placed in the wrong locations. I contacted G&B and told them of the findings and they were going to schedule for a resurvey. I had to keep contacting G&B over and over again to get a reply to the scheduling for the resurvey. They finally came out on January 18th to reshoot my property. I contacted G&B on Jan 20th to determine when I'd get the revised survey doc and was told it was being worked on and it would be forwarded to me that evening. When it didn't get received, I contacted G&B again on the 22nd and was told it should have been sent and they would look into it. I contacted G&B again on the 25th for a status and was told again that they would look into it. They called me back late that afternoon and told me it wouldn't be ready until the 29th or so. I told them that wasn't acceptable and described to them the problems and issues I've been experiencing with them and was told by them that they were all new personnel (only on the job for 3 day's) and didn't have any answers to when I'd get the survey doc's. I attempted to contact the PE (Lyndon Nance T.R.N 6206) that signed and sealed the first and revised doc, but he doesn't have any good contact info listed. I finally tracked down the owner of G&B (Mike Bravos) and he told me to text him the information I had to make my case with him, for him to continue. I complied with his request and I also sent Heidi an email with all my communications with G&B. I haven't heard anything from Mike Bravos or anyone else in G&B's employment, so this morning I sent Mike Bravos a text asking for a status. CRICKETS! I am now in a heated conflict with my neighbor over the G&B survey and the location of the pins they set. The conversation I had with a real estate lawyer said that it has become a boundary/property line conflict but in his review, the G&B survey is defective and the location of the pins, in his opinion, are not properly located. He said I could go to litigation with my neighbor but it appears to him, with the info I sent to him, I'd lose. He suggested I keep trying to get G&B to fulfill their obligation or sue them. I'm trying to avoid litigation but, for some unknown reason, it appears G&B wants me to go down that path. I am so regretting that I ever hired G&B. Be advised, be careful and be prepared to be let down if you choose to use this outfit.

Leslie, the office manager is very thorough and a detailed individual. Roxanne and Leah are the sweetest and nicest front desk staff and they make sure all my questions and needs are met on time! I met a few of the company's surveyors at my job site and apprecaiet their thoroughness and professionalism. I have been working with AmeriSurveyors Company for about 6 years with numerous and various projects, all with great SUCCESS!! I wrote a review about this company and their wonderful staff in 2018 and since then they have helped me with many more projects ranging from amending a plat, re-subdivision plats, building surveys, form surveys, easement survey, etc. The last and the best is the owner: Mr. Bhathiya Aluwihare, a well-organized individual who knows how to run his business effectively and efficiently! He is a very technical individual with excellent business vision and business mind. He is a kind individual and is one of the greatest philanthropist in San Antonio and Southern Texas. Thank you for all your humanity and great service Mr. Aluwihare. I should confess, they always exceeded my expectations with their quality work, response time and with their fair and fees and charges. Thank you AmeriSurveyors for taking care of my business needs. During the purchase process, it became clear that the survey contained errors, including obvious incorrect labeling of adjacent roadways. I attempted to contact Eddie at Celco by phone and email to request a correction. Unfortunately, as many others have reported in their reviews, the company was essentially impossible to reach and I received no response. Because of these issues, I will now need to hire another surveying firm to produce a new survey to verify the property boundaries. While I cannot yet speak to the accuracy of the boundary lines themselves, the presence of obvious labeling mistakes and the complete lack of responsiveness when contacted raises serious concerns about the quality and reliability of the work. After experiencing this firsthand, and seeing the consistent pattern of similar complaints across multiple review platforms, I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring Celco. Like Share

We later discovered that no survey pins had been placed, and the survey was significantly inaccurate. The property boundary issue caused by this company has lowered our property's value by more than $50,000. After discovering the problem, it was nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone at the company. We also learned, during our attempts to pursue legal remedies, that they do not have insurance. We became aware of multiple other lawsuits alleging similar issues, which raised serious concerns for us. They are incredibly unethical and immoral, and this is an embarrassment of a business. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

In the 3 years they have managed my property they have always had the upmost professional staff and management, super responsive and willing to take the time to answer questions I had as a 1st time landlord. They always present professional options to consider but ultimately left the decision to you the owner with out pressure. Peace of Mind truly lives up to their name. Never have I had such a seamless transition. I would recommend anyone considering property management to give these guys a call and let them put your mind at peace. (Sorry couldn't resist).

I am writing this review in response to the answer I received from "Peace of Mind" Property…read moreManagement. When I called to voice concerns, I was told, "you're law enforcement, you should've known better before moving to this area." That response alone should tell you how resident concerns are handled. Because I "didn't know better," I now feel it's my responsibility to inform potential residents about the ongoing issues at this property. I also want to make it clear: I am not affiliated with this property in any official capacity. I simply live here. I am not a courtesy officer, I do not respond to calls for service here, and I am not responsible for deterring crime--despite being used as a selling point to make others feel safer because of my marked patrol unit. Area Issues While the townhomes themselves look nice, the surrounding area is a major problem. Directly across the street is a warehouse (Taprite) that operates 24/7. Throughout the night you will hear:     *    Semi-trucks arriving and departing     *    Loading ramps slamming     *    Forklifts operating with constant loud beeping Behind the property, there is also a bar and a bingo hall, which results in constant late-night noise, music, and activity. Safety Concerns The most serious issue is safety. There is a large homeless presence in the wooded area near Van Cleave and Northwestern. This is not occasional--this is ongoing.     *    Gunshots can regularly be heard coming from the wooded area     *    SAPD has responded with K9 units after reported shootings     *    It has been confirmed that individuals in that area possess firearms This creates a real concern about stray rounds and overall safety for residents and their families. Homeless individuals frequently enter the property and:     *    Check car door handles     *    Look into vehicles     *    Steal packages     *    Use exterior outlets and water from residents' homes Personal Incidents There have been multiple direct incidents, including:     *    A woman ringing my doorbell at 3 AM asking for a phone after a drug-related altercation     *    Individuals setting up tents directly next to the property     *    A person attempting to sell what appeared to be stolen merchandise, then becoming aggressive when asked to leave     *    A violent incident where a man dragged a woman into a wooded area in broad daylight     *    My marked patrol vehicle being vandalized by a known offender While law enforcement has responded to several of these situations, the frequency of these incidents is extremely concerning. Lease Issue I originally believed I signed a one-year lease ending in December 2025. When I prepared to move, I was informed it was actually a two-year lease ending December 2026. Management claimed I requested this via text, which is not accurate. I have retained all communication and offered to provide proof, but received no response. As a result, I am now stuck in a lease I did not intend to sign. Final Thoughts Please read your lease agreements carefully. Based on my experience, resident concerns are dismissed, safety issues are ongoing, and management accountability is lacking. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to do thorough research before signing. I trusted this company, and I regret it. I don't want others to end up in the same situation.
