She arrived frazzled and parked a full lane away from the curb, then told us we were not allowed to touch our own luggage due to "DOT regulations." When we tried to address it, she became combative, offered no help whatsoever, and simply drove off. Thankfully, when we contacted JFK, they found the luggage left in the road where she had been parked. My husband had to make a three-hour round-trip drive to retrieve everything as soon as we got home. We only asked for reimbursement of the basic expenses we were forced to pay out of pocket: $40 gas $60 parking $20 to the person who safeguarded the luggage A total of $120--not even counting tolls, time, or inconvenience. She refused to compromise and claimed she had turned all communication over to her lawyer. This entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish. DO NOT USE THEM.
