I had a "premium", very expensive system put in and a sprinter heads broke days after installation, and they would not come and look at it much less repair it, though this was the least of the problems. The system was not designed properly. The sprinkler heads were not located properly, and there are patches of grass that never get water and some that get to much and shrubs that get ripped to shreds from the big rotary heads. Some zones have too many sprinkler heads on them for the water pressure and the layout is poorly designed. They wouldn't even come look at the problems. Do not use these guys!

The movers arrived with a large box truck and immediately went to work, moving with a purpose. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. They disassembled, packaged and relocated everything with care. Upon arrival at the new place they unloaded everything, placed it wherever requested, and reassembled it with as much care. They all worked very hard, very fast, and all of their efforts were seamless. It was like my entire home was just picked up out of one house and magically placed in a different residence. At first treatment pass over by Billiot, it seemed things were okay until we started seeing a spider here, and a roach there. Living in the south, you expect it once in a while, but you don't want it all up in your home! Billiot sends out surveys for once it's been a couple weeks after service. I wasn't initially going to mention the bugs still being alive because I knew had had to have brought some with us in moving boxes, but since they sent a survey I thought I'd throw it in there. WHOA DID THEY GET ON IT! They sent a person out same day to make it better. It happened to be the same guy, who is ALWAYS pleasant and INCREDIBLY professional and wonderful! His name is EJ, get him to do your treatment if possible!!! After he did his second treatment we have not seen a living insect again! Life is good without the worry of bugs!
