I told Levi that I wanted them cut down to a certain length and he immediately cut my nail down to my finger. I told him that was way to short and he put a tip on it so it can match the other nails. This was already upsetting, and then I told him I wanted almond nails and he cleary made them stiletto because they are pointed and not round. At that point I just wanted to be done and I didn't say anything about the wrong shape because the damage was done and my nails would've been shorter if he had to re file them. He was also rough when using the tools and burned my fingers the whole time, I know it can burn slightly when they use the tools but instead of using them for a short time he just kept the tool on my nail to the point that it kept over heating. I spoke to the girl up front and she spoke to her manager about it and gave me a 10% discount. I was still charged almost $70 for a service that I was not happy with at all. I really didn't want to make a big deal about this but I literally cried in my car after this appointment. The nails don't look bad, it's just not the shape or length I wanted. My nails were at least 1/2 an inch long when I went in there.

I sent an email after hours requesting an appointment and they promptly called first thing the next morning to confirm an appointment for me to get highlights and to cut my little girl's hair the next day. Upon arrival, I was wowed by the gorgeous building and space which is apparently less than 2 months old. The staff was warm and welcoming. Amanda did my highlights which turned out even better than the ones I get at home. She also gave my 7 year old her first big-girl haircut and it looks incredible. My daughter went from hair past her shoulders to a page-boy style and she LOVES it. Thank you Amanda and team for making our first experience a truly terrific one! We'll be back during our next trip.
