Dee is horrible. I went to her a few times and the last time she didn't do anything that I wanted. I asked for a dark under panel and she gave me full highlights and then charged me full price for highlights even though I didn't ask for that. she was asked to trim my daughter's hair and cut 6 inches off instead, leaving her in tears. she didn't care. we talked to Ceecee the manager who was rude and only cared about the money. this place is awful. go somewhere else if you dont want your hair messed up. read more

I went into the salon and wanted to die my hair dark brown and when she washed my hair out it was red. We had talked about what I wanted to do and we both had an understanding that it was brown. She tried to fix it but I was left with a dark red. Very unhappy with this salon. read more

I chose this salon due to the reviews, but sadly I received the worst haircut that I have ever had! I am working on growing my hair out and wanted to just trim/shape and what I got was a complete mess that looks ridiculous and shorter than my hair was previously styled. I hate doing this but I'm going to have to give this salon a three. Not because of the service. My gosh, twice now Paula has made me leave feeling like a rock star. I'm very impressed with her talent and abilities to get it just right with cut and color. Or she's not to prideful to ask help from a colleague to make sure she's going to get the color just right because God knows these women are also partly chemists with all the crazy colors we put in our hair. No, my main complaint is customer service. If you aren't part of the tribe, you feel woefully out of sync with the rest of the salon fairing crowd. I'm very sensitive to place and the vibe I get is one in which you either going to love it or hate it here. Again it has nothing to do with talent. That they have in spades. It's the silent treatment I get and not feeling like I'm well received. Maybe I'm partly to blame, I don't know. However, I've been to a lot of salons and this just isn't giving me a sense of belonging in the slightest. read more

I got my hair done here over a year ago but I'm still so mad about it. The first picture is what my hair looked like before I went, the second picture is what it looked like when I got it done, and the last picture is what I asked for. I said "ashy dark brown" and she literally died my hair black. Also the black dye was washed out of my hair within a month and my hair was back to what it was before i even went. Huge waste of $140 I severely regret wasting my time at this salon every day. Wish I just saved the money and got it done right somewhere else. read more

BRIDES BEWARE!!!!! Be sure to get your quotes in writing or you will end up spending ALOT more than you anticipate. Rude rude rude I was quoted $100 for them to come to my hotel, When It was time to pay that fee I paid $150 I was quoted prices on hair and then less than 24 hours before the prices changed by approx 35++ because they had to "travel" even though I already paid a hefty fee for a 5 mile drive. I had 2 little girls get their hair done and the assistant was nasty ripping my nieces hair and said under her breath "I don't really give a .... I'm doing how I want" It's a brides day it should be pleasant and comforting not nasty and rude. I thought I had found a great salon, boy was I wrong. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE read more

When I lived in the area, Kimberly at R Salon was my hair dresser. I really liked what she did to my hair, highlights and cut was great. The price is about average for long hair. I would give it 5 starts, but the salon itself is a little outdated and empty (however there is always clients). Could use some remodeling. read more

One of the best spas I have ever been to. I can't say anything about the salon because I didn't use those services but there were several people there getting their hair done. I got a mani and pedi, massage, and facial. The massage was the best I have ever had by far. The lady that did my facial explained to me everything she was doing and was very knowledgeable. The mani and pedi was very basic but was done thoroughly and looks great. There are nice locker rooms and spa area upstairs away from the salon part of the business. It was $190 for all 4 services, some of the best pricing I've seen in the area and I was able to get a same day appointment. Everyone was extremely nice and I will definitely be back on my next visit to Myrtle Beach!! read more

Terrible experience! Went in to get an ombre and the results were horrendous! Kristina Parker claims to be a specialist but she had no idea what she was going. She messed up both mine and my sisters hair after spending almost 300$... The results were an entire head of an awful rusty orange color. When I went to get my money back or to have it fixed she was very nasty and did nothing about it. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not go to this place. Now I'll have to spend the money again to go somewhere else to have my hair fixed. read more
