They have a good selection of supportive shoes such as Vionic, Dansko, Birkenstock, Allbirds, Topo, Born, etc. They do have some athletic shoes, but not as many as other supportive shoe stores. They sell mostly women's shoes, but they do have a small selection of men's shoes. Staff were very nice and helpful with any questions I had for them regarding the different orthotics they sell as well as questions about their different shoe brands. I would recommend coming here if you have some feet issues and are looking for a good pair of supportive shoes or foot orthotics.

I messaged Lark back through Amazon and never received a response. I then called the store in Napa directly (I live locally). The salesperson was nice and did get back to me. I received an email on 12/14/25, stating that there was a delay in processing my order. I tried canceling on the app but was unable. I called in on the 16th to try and cancel and they claimed that the item was processing and that it could not be canceled even though it had not shipped. I informed that I had to buy another pair of shoes and that they were wasting their money and my time, because I was planning on returning the shoes. They kept apologizing for my inconvenience and saying that they understand. I told them that the customer service is received was poor and that I will not be patronizing their store in the future and will let the public know.

Jessica and the team were fantastic They helped me find…read morewaterproof shoes for our trip to Ireland When my size wasn't available, they ordered it from their NAPA store When the shoes arrived, and I tried them out for a few days at home indoors, I realized my heel was popping up and the top part of my foot was hurting So I came back into the store and they suggested I go try on the wide version at the Northgate store I drove about 15 minutes to that location and was greeted by name and they helped me and the shoes were absolutely the perfect fit I thought it was impressive that the store at Redhill was so friendly and helpful so I was pleasantly surprised to find the same situation at the Northgate store This tells me that the company really creates and fosters a good employee experience because they are treating their customers so well and with so much care at every store Rather than buy shoes at Amazon only to return them over and over again why not go in to an actual establishment and try them on in person and interact with a human that is caring and enthusiastic The people who work at Lark shoes are very knowledgeable and very friendly and the selection of shoes is amazing especially at the Northgate location I highly recommend going there in person, browsing the store, selecting what looks good to you and then try it on and really having that full experience It's better to buy quality that lasts !

I had never been to Yountville before, and this store alone makes it worth the trip!…read more We were wandering through the many shops in the area and happened to step in to Sisters as most of the other stores were closing up. They have a fantastic selection, and many of their garments truly are a work of art. As soon as we came in, Thomas greeted us and shared some fantastic selections. I normally have a VERY difficult time finding clothes that fit me properly (my proportions are funny), but after seeing me try on a couple things, he came up with so many wonderful combinations that fit me perfectly - He is extremely knowledgeable and I have to admit was probably (ok... definitely) better at dressing me than I am at dressing myself. Not only was this the best shopping experience I have ever had, he wound up staying at least an hour or two later than he was planning (and probably even longer if compared to whatever the official "closing time" is) to make it happen. Seriously one of the best highlights of a week-long trip to wine country. SO - if you are ever in (or even remotely close to) Yountville, DEFINITELY check out this great boutique. And if you think you can't possibly find clothes that look stunning on you - Thomas (and I'm sure the rest of the staff - who I didn't get a chance to meet) will change your mind!
