The business addresses they provide over the phone are fake pointing to veterinary clinics, law offices, healthcare providers, even a Thai restaurant and a wine distributor. They also gave me a fake name for the company's owner. If you experience similar issues, I strongly encourage you to report them to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. They were not able to find the source of the problem. Then, I reached out to the Optimum. They sent a technician within 5 days for a free-of-charge inspection. He was very knowledgeable and could find the source of the problem within 10 minutes. He also confirmed it was limited to one room. I needed help moving the furniture around, and the technician took care of it. The treatment provided by Optimum got rid of the bed bugs. I had a problem with spiderwebs everywhere and other outdoor bugs. I signed up for the outdoor treatment twice a year. The first one was done late fall, and so far, I don't see any bugs or spiderwebs.
