I spoke with them at length on the phone and was assured the car was in great condition with no issues. I am out of state so I flew into pick up the car and everything went south from there. I hired a pre purchase inspection from an independent shop that had done the last service on the car and I would say with pretty good certainty they have a back room agreement as they missed multiple issues that any good shop would see. Heck they had two different kinds of tires on the front of a high end sports car and didn't catch it. They didn't even have the car clean when I got there. I should of walked away and bought a return plane ticket home but I was assured they would make it right. They agreed to send me some of the parts that were broken on the interior and after no response and many inquires I finally got the parts in the mail which were cheap Chinese knock offs that didn't fit. These guys are the poster child for the unprofessional sleezy used car salesman. I would run not walk away from them even if you think the vehicle looks good if you have any issue they will ghost you. If they put this little bit of effort into the most expensive car they have by far how bad would it be on the auction trash that is on the lot. My car has spent 3 weeks in the shop sorting out all the issues and will cost me $20k to get the car were it should be, fortunately I can afford it but the poor customer that can't is going to be up a creek without a paddle.

But when I went to make my payment, I discovered thousands of dollars in fees--over $5,000--had been added anyway. The fees I explicitly discussed taking out of the contract as they were extra and completely unnecessary. Ex: $500 key replacement for a potential future lost key. Even if in the future, I lost a car key, everything on the internet says the most expensive replacement is a few HUNDRED cheaper. Why would I pay for multiple keys I have not lost? I wasn't given a clear breakdown at the time of signing, and now I'm left paying for things I never agreed to. On top of that, they promised a full detail of the vehicle. What I got was a quick vacuum and a car freshener tossed in. That's not a detail--it's a cover-up. I was promised a full tank of gas on signing--didn't get that. I regret not walking away. I came in prepared, and somehow still ended up feeling tricked. After negotiating and agreeing on a price for the purchase, I shook hands with the sales rep who sent me back to the finance office to complete the transaction. At that point they charged me upwards of $1,000 of 'hidden fees' that they did not disclose during the entire sale process. They said the fee was to cover "overhead." In every other business, the cost of overhead is built into the price of the product. It's dishonest and sleazy to just throw it in at the end as a hidden fee. An honest person just tells you what the actual cost of their product is and lets you decide. 2. Immediately after getting the car home and washing it, I discovered that the layer of dirt that was covering the car when I purchased it was hiding the fact that the entire car was hail damaged. The damage is extensive enough to total the car. And there was absolutely no mention of that damage during the sale. It was evening time, the sun had set, and the dirt covered it so neither I, nor the mechanic I took it to, caught the hail damage. Another blatant case of dishonest from a company that claims to "carefully inspect" each of the vehicles they sell.

After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.
