I had a appt but she was 1/2 late with another client who did not have one. She was in such a hurry, not paying much attention and just started clipping my nails so short it was too late to speak up. They are so thick and big gaps by my cuticles. She asked me if I wanted a manicure and before I could answer, she told me I didn't need one and I agreed. I was so upset and crying , I told her I just wanted to pay and go home. She then told the person in charge that I just didn't want to pay the $10 for the manicure, which was far from the truth. This client booked an appointment in advance with clear instructions on who would be wanting the service and what they wanted. This wasted time, and honestly was very insulting to the client. I think this would be worse for a trans customer and can't imagine how demoralizing that could be. Take your business to a nail salon that actually treats its clients with respect.
