I was having work done on my house and was waiting to install the bathroom in a few weeks. I received a call from my tile installer saying he can start tomorrow! I needed tile right away!! I asked around and 3 different people recommended me to C Line. I went in and met Steve and he was very helpful and accommodating. He had almost everything in stock I couldn't believe it. He gave me a great price and I brought it right home. My tile installer said it was some of the best tile he has seen. Not only did I get showroom quality tile but I got it at wholesale prices. Wow. Here's the response that he privately messaged me because he clearly doesn't want to publicly show his true colors. First of all my review is neither false nor out of nowhere. Second of all you mentioned nothing about custom made saddles or me possibly confusing you for some other businesses, which is not possible because the employee from 2 weeks ago gave me your business card and I hadn't visited any other independent tile shops before you. Third of all why would I want to continue talking to someone that is evidently so rude to me for no reason from the jump? Me not wanting to talk to you after seeing your disrespectful demeanor isn't an attack and neither is me writing an honest review. As per my original review, if you weren't so rude from the beginning and politely told me I was misinformed I would have been willing to have a conversation. Best place around for your marble/granite/quartz/tile needs. I did my kitchen over this past fall and Steve took unbelievable care of me. Great selection and a lot of unique stock. I ended up getting Caesarstone Quartz for all of my counters and a really cool Italian tile for the floors. He also had a custom made backsplash tile that looks right out of a magazine which was the perfect match to the rest of our kitchen. Best of all, the prices are the best around. I needed a small marble top made for an antique wrought iron table. Steve was very easy to work with and was extremely accommodating when I was not happy with an imperfection I noticed in the finished piece. He immediately made a new one for me which is perfect. I am aware that stone is a natural substance and, as such, there are variations within the slab. Steve had no problem replacing the one I was not happy with. Definitely not in the wrong place, my husband spoke to you on the phone about 2 hours before I got there and said I would be coming by. You were not with a customer you were on the phone and I could not have been any more patient while waiting for a simple "I'll be right with you." The woman I'm referring to walked in from the garage, stood directly in front of me and told you that the customer was not happy with a delivery - to which you managed to respond to while still ignoring me. This place is great. My husband and I looked around a lot before we reached this gem of an establishment. The warehouse was stocked with a wide variety of products. We mainly looked at their marble, granite, statues, and fireplaces, as we're in the process of building our first home. A friend recommended we go there and said its the best quality and pricing he's seen in the industry (mind you, he's a builder and knows what's out there). It was hard for us to believe, but they truly had it all! Anything that wasn't immediately available in the warehouse was special ordered for us. We left excited and pleased with exactly what we wanted. Because we'd researched so many other places, we got a feel for what the competitor prices were. When c-line quoted our price, we almost felt bad about how fair they were. Didn't even try to negotiate a penny, whereas we tried to talk the other places down on pricing (none of which catered to our budget). I'd ask for Steve when you go in. Very disappointed - the crema marfil basket weave flooring was very discounted and a great price. Then when we decided to go with the cream marfil subway tile, we thought it was expensive but decided to stay with the same company. Now the tiles and floor are in and it looks great with lots of variations and color changes. We did have a lot of delays getting the tub so the tile work was delayed as well (close to 3 months which isn't a long time for construction). When we went to return 5 full boxes (no idea whose fault it was that we wound up with so much more - Steve's or the contractors) Steve refused to take the boxes back claiming dye lot and the 'fine print' says 2 week return policy - totally ridiculous for construction). Very disappointing given all the variations and color changes we presently have. Beyond excited to have the most gorgeous tile installed this week, by my contracter. While remodeling a bathroom with an old fashion ball and claw tub I had concerns about keeping it within its time period. The bathroom has the charm of the 1920's and the owner Steven knew exactly what would work with this era. I had the pleasure with sitting down with Steven and told him what I was looking for and he helped iron out the things that may have prevented me from using a design that I loved. I brought in my contracter they met sat down and within a few minutes Steven drew a sketch of the floor design.
