We were TOTAL newbies and had no knowledge of what renovations would take or where to start with picking out supplies. After visiting a number of places in Flushing (and trying to squeeze details and guidance from surly sales associates), Josh was a friendly breath of sunshine! He walked us around the showroom, explained differences in tile and cabinet qualities, and was very helpful with this recommendations and big no no's to watch out for. After they measured our place, they quickly sent estimates and nice 3D renderings of my husband's dream kitchen. They worked with our contractor seamlessly and our beautiful kitchen was born! Also, one of the cabinet doors came damaged, and Josh quickly expedited a replacement door. We highly recommend Josh, Kenny, and their team. They know their stuff and are very patient (even when I gawked at the prices like a total n00b). We will be going back for materials for our bathroom renovation soon.

We paid almost a 3.5x the cost over installing Menards cabinets because we believed we were getting a high quality, durable product that would accentuate the experience of our guests - sometimes you just don't get what you pay for. Sales process, install and initial view of the product (June 2022) was great besides the delay on the install (it was covid after all, so understandable). Within 6 months we were mortified to find out how quickly the lower painted cabinets were deteriorating and reached out to Josh in January of 2023. During those 6-7 months, people only stayed at the cabin for 72 nights. So the first set of pictures were after about 2.5 months of living. Josh was quick to say this was a "rental property" and that renters are harder on properties....I have 5 kids under 10 and my home painted cabinets are over 7 years old and don't show a fraction of this damage. Josh agreed to repair a three of doors and the shoe trim - he was quick to get this done and completed the repair in February of 2024 - almost 13 months after I had reached out. In the meantime I was going through my tiny touch up bottle of paint like you wouldn't believe. He did provide me 2 additional bottles after my first bottle ran dry. (arn't those small touch up bottle supposed to last the lifetime of the cabinets?) In the 12 months since he did the last repair I used up the remaining 2 bottles of touch up paint and reached out again to Josh as the cabinets/trim shoe continued to chip at an alarming rate. It's been radio silent on my end in getting a response so I felt compelled to share my story. I do need to mention that the upper laminate cabinets turned out quite nice and have been very durable, even the floor to ceiling pantry that gets significant foot traffic has held up well - which makes this even more frustrating as I know they are capable of quality work. Most recently installed grounded electrical line to my garage from the house and an outdoor motion sensor light for my driveway. Few mths ago installed an outlet in my bsmt, an outdoor outlet on the front of the house, and another motion sensor light for side of house. Last year, while working under another company, Fabian, Armando and team worked on my sunroom: installed a new exterior door, cleanly and neatly pumped insulation into the four corner cracks, installed a 2nd floor bathroom ceiling fan routed to outdoors/skim-coated and painted bathroom ceiling, installed an above-stove microwave and installed a duct to route the above stove range fan of the microwave to blow to the outdoors. Very happy with all work. Reasonable and fair rates. Will hire again and highly recommend.
