Great service - minimal food but delicious! Full bar with great bartenders - open late and reasonably priced

Been here several times in the past and always enjoyed it…read more Skipped lunch on a Tuesday, so arrived for an early dinner about 4:40, figured would have a beer first before ordering dinner. Place more than half empty, plenty of tables open. Greeter asked if we wanted a high top, but cuz of injury we asked for a regular table. She said we have to wait. I said we'll just take any open low table. Greeter said, the waitress is serving drinks to a booth, so we need to wait. Said I don't understand, it's ok if the server is busy, she doesn't need to show us to our table, we'll just sit down. Greeter said we had to wait. I said ok but I don't understand what I'm waiting for. More doubletalk from server. I asked, what am I missing. Then the server walks by and greeter asks her if it's ok if we are seated. Server gruffly says yeah, so we walked over and sat. Server was short with us and unfriendly. Brought our beers, took our order, and disappeared. A runner delivered our food, and some other dude came up some time later and asked if we were good. We asked where our server was. Turns out she had left, shift ends at 5. Now explains why greeter was afraid to seat us in her section, and why we had to stand around awaiting permission from the server to be seated, and why the latter was so grumpy. Heaven forbid paying customers be forced upon the section of a server who will take an order and deliver two beers, but would no longer be around to get our tip. Food was good, prices not too bad. Not many people, but they were loud. Deducted stars because of weird behavior and treatment. Customers are more than simply walking tip machines, made to stand and wait but for the suffrance of servers.

We ordered all over the place, some with burgers, some with pizzas...even some wish pasta!!! All plates were delicious & worthy of taking home for leftovers!!! My favorite truly might have been the chips with that French onion dip (had me in a chokehold!) I would go back just for chips & dip. I am sure we will end up here again and I can't wait!! Definitely recommend Wolfey's for some dinner or drinks....or both - because why not?? CHEERS!

They sat us by ourselves in a section just before the patio. We were alone but soon others were sitting by us as well. Our sever was prompt and very friendly. I was a bit nervous since we were originally alone that the server might forget about us. But she did not. We asked her some questions on the menu and ordered. I got a small Greek salad and 6 Cajun wings with the signature BBQ on the side. My partner got the chicken bruschetta sandwich. They came out all st once and promptly. The salad is a decent size. It was full of stuff it was good. The dressing was supposed to be to be a red wine vinaigrette but it tasted more mustard forward. Not my favorite but ok. Not sure if the red wine vinaigrette was not available. The wings were a good size and covered in the Cajun dry rub. They were crispy and good. I enjoyed them. The Cajun seasoning was really good and very generous. The BBQ side was good as well. The chicken bruschetta sandwich was good. The foccacia it was on was toasted and good. The chips they make homemade and serve with everything. Service was good. The TV's all around us had the Guardians game and some others too. It was an overall good experience. Prices were about average. Our total was $32 or so. Not bad. Definite rerun if in the area.

My waitress (Renee) immediately greeted me, she was friendly & professional and offered to take my drink order, since I was ready, she took my order, fish & chips which comes with a cup of coleslaw. The food arrived fairly quickly and I was impressed at the size of the meal. A large fillet perfectly fried and crispy. The fries were ok, but they do offer malt vinegar on the side and a the tartar sauce was good. The place definitely has that old English pub feel and appeared to be clean and orderly. I would definitely dine here again, when flying in or out of Cleveland Hopkins.

The sandwiches ($21) came with pub chips which I was good with. My husband wanted fries instead so he paid $3 more for fries. I ordered my sandwich with no cheese or aioli/mayo. I did ask for honey mustard instead and was charged $1.00 for a tiny cup of it. But did they take some money off for the removal of cheese or aioli?? The sandwich itself was good but it was on the smaller side. I can never finish a whole sandwich but I finished this one. Service was good for an airport restaurant. We did try to find a table with outlets to charge our phones and they didn't have any.
