Really good food! My husband says the best wings around, and we have tried lots of different places. Sandwiches and salads are great, plenty of appetizers, good drinks, lots of vegetarian options. I love the atmosphere, and the menu is extensive. It's a fun little place but nothing exceptional. But well worth visiting for sure. I had an onion soup to start, which was very good, but could have gone a bit more on the cheese. It was a very large bowl and entirely filling. I enjoyed it very much. I also ordered...well, not sure what I ordered. I wanted the buffalo chicken wrap. I asked them for breaded chicken instead of grilled. The waiter said he can't do that. Seriously? So then I asked for the Buffalo Chicken Salad, which comes with breaded chicken, in a wrap form. I think that's what I got. There wasn't a whole lot of lettuce in it or very "salady" or any other vegetables. The chicken was cut so small, you couldn't taste the breading, which was the point. I'd go back, but wouldn't order under any circumstances, one of their wraps. read more

Been here several times in the past and always enjoyed it. Skipped lunch on a Tuesday, so arrived for an early dinner about 4:40, figured would have a beer first before ordering dinner. Place more than half empty, plenty of tables open. Greeter asked if we wanted a high top, but cuz of injury we asked for a regular table. She said we have to wait. I said we'll just take any open low table. Greeter said, the waitress is serving drinks to a booth, so we need to wait. Said I don't understand, it's ok if the server is busy, she doesn't need to show us to our table, we'll just sit down. Greeter said we had to wait. I said ok but I don't understand what I'm waiting for. More doubletalk from server. I asked, what am I missing. Then the server walks by and greeter asks her if it's ok if we are seated. Server gruffly says yeah, so we walked over and sat. Server was short with us and unfriendly. Brought our beers, took our order, and disappeared. A runner delivered our food, and some other dude came up some time later and asked if we were good. We asked where our server was. Turns out she had left, shift ends at 5. Now explains why greeter was afraid to seat us in her section, and why we had to stand around awaiting permission from the server to be seated, and why the latter was so grumpy. Heaven forbid paying customers be forced upon the section of a server who will take an order and deliver two beers, but would no longer be around to get our tip. Food was good, prices not too bad. Not many people, but they were loud. Deducted stars because of weird behavior and treatment. Customers are more than simply walking tip machines, made to stand and wait but for the suffrance of servers. read more

So, the person that said not exceptional must have been talking about the service. The food is exceptional for what it is. They have my IPA beer of choice so, I was happy. Awesome atmosphere! Inside and the outside bar which is so awesome! Except during a heatwave. Would have got 5 stars if not for the waitresses. They seem miserable. Very hard to get their attention. Glass was empty and literally had to almost grab her going by. Knowing this, she still took her time coming back to me! I have money anf bought a round of shot for a table of young ladies celebrating a birthday. I can't tip poor waitressing, meaning I still tipped 15% but I normally tip 25+. Shame. read more

My group of 9 came here on a late Tuesday night where it wasn't as crowded and could seat ourselves. Upon seating, the service was a bit slow overall -- we did not have menus/drink menus until the waitress saw that we needed them way after we ordered our drinks, so that took longer for us to look over things and finally order our food. While the service seemed rather slow, the food was excellent -- I had the Reuben with fries. I have had many Reuben sandwiches in the Cleveland area and I thought this one was top notch. It wasn't too filling, I could actually eat the sandwich without it making a mess, and it was cooked to perfection. The thousand island dressing on the side was an added bonus to the taste. Although I'm not a fan of the type of homemade fries they have, I actually thought they were crispy and decent in the overall taste. I have driven by this place numerous times over the years and have always wanted you go, so I was happy I finally had a chance and glad it turned out to be a great meal. We wanted to sit outside briefly but the music was so loud we chose inside, which was very dark inside & little cold for the ladies. Server was really nice and attentive, checking back several times. Chicken Paprikash sounded good but it was too thick, like gravy & super smoky so they must use smoked paprika in the mix. 2 of us shared & couldn't put down half of it. Fish tacos were ok, but the fried onions were weird & gooey, & then the glaze was way too spicy for us. The beefy chili was ok, flavor was good, coulda used more beans as I saw only a few, but it had quite a kick to it so I was hurting a lil. We've been there twice. The last time is why we will never return. Food was ok so we decided to try it again. I believe we had the same waitress twice. The second time she took our drink orders and we never saw her again. 40 minutes later someone else took our food orders. Honestly we should've paid at the 30 or 20 mark and left. No one apologized at all. The manager couldn't be bothered to come out and make an apology. I believe the whole issue was due to large parties and overwhelmed the kitchen and waitstaff. This is why most restaurants ask that someone call ahead so this doesn't happen. Wings we had were burnt and tasted horrible. Sandwich wasn't any better. The upcharge for things like ranch and dip is crazy. And the large party that was sat about 10 minutes after us got their food before we did. The food is horrible. read more

Overall, a disappointing experience. My Chicken Philly sandwich tasted like something thrown together at home after running to a warehouse club on Tuesday night--ultra processed chicken shavings from a pre-made kit, undercooked peppers and onions, served on an uninspired and cold commercial bun right out of the bag, and topped with a slice of neutral provolone. The French Onion soup had a similar quality, tasting like boxed broth poured over seasoned croutons along with coarsely cut and exceptionally under-done onions, with the same bland provolone melted on top. On the plus side, we were seated by a pleasant host on a busy Saturday night with a reasonably brief wait. Our server was cheerful and helpful. The house made potato chips were good, as were most of the specialty condiments served with our food. Prices were acceptable. Not sure why this place is as hopping as it often seems. read more

Service was great- had "girl dinner" after a night at the local Lake Erie Crushers ball game. The best part of all the apps was the chipotle ranch that came with the pickle chips. The pepperoni sausage egg rolls were kind of missing some filling. The potato skins left something to be desired- they needed some seasoning, or green onions, or maybe an additional cheese to give them another layer of flavor. The marinara sauce was a little tinny. Mulligans needs to educate their team members who work in the backroom bar about being biased. Additional training is needed. The reputation on the public is that only local patrons who frequent the business get preferential treatment. When you have to wait 30 minutes to get service, it's demeaning. Hubby and I come here at least a couple times of month for wings. We have never had bad service, the bartenders and waiters are always super friendly and attentive. They can get busy at night and on the weekends, but we normally come on Tuesday afternoon for wings. Which are some of the best we have. The drinks are strong, the shots are big, and the prices are cheap. An absolut lime with soda is $5 and it's mostly all vodka! Very little soda which is how I like them. The patio is fun and is always packed during the warmer months, they had a back bar area which i think is more for private events, and the main area has a huge bar and nice sized eating area. It's one of favorite spots, unfortunately we live about 30 minutes away or else we would come here more often. read more

We (a party of 4) ate right after the new year around 7:00pm, and it was our first time trying the restaurant for dinner. The wings were tough, and the flavor selection limited. The chicken salad (lettuce, cranberries, walnuts and blue cheese) had very little but lettuce and chicken, which was also tough. The food was delivered quickly, but none of us were very happy about our meals. We also sat near the bathroom, which really smelled awful. I went in to use it and I can't remember the last time I had been in a bathroom so... pungent. To be fair, maybe it was someone who recently had a struggle, but the smell lingered the entire time we were there. If the restaurant changed management,the restaurant could be really nice. The atmosphere is cozy, but I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. read more

It's been awhile since I've actually went out for a drink but I thought the hostess spaced each group of customers out perfectly. As soon as we walked in they told us how we could access the menu by pulling out our phones and turning our camera on so we can scan the QR code. The menu was easy to read and figure out. My friend told me that they were known for their mulligan wraps and to get an extra side of the thousand island dressing. If that didn't give it away what the wrap contained, it was basically a Reuben sandwich in a tortilla. The sauerkraut was amazing and complimented the wrap very well. The only thing critique I had with the wrap was that the corned beef was dry, but thank goodness for that extra side of thousand island dressing! They have homemade chips which were pretty good but it was even better when you ordered the French onion dip! We also ordered Cajun fries and mozzarella sticks which weren't impressive but awesome finger foods when you're just there to drink and converse with your friends. This pandemic is definitely getting the best of some but I'm happy that this bar is open with decent food and decent drinks. read more

Such a disappointment. We had a party of 10 for lunch. They we're not busy but the manager was mad because we did not call ahead?? Made us feel so unwelcome and like we were such a bother. She was so put out by us being there we almost left. The waitress was nice and tried to make up for the awful experience, we actually felt bad for her. You could tell she was embarrassed. I have eaten here numerous times with my wife and a number of times with my children. This is a great restaurant/bar pub. The food is pretty solid. I really like the Mulligan wrap, the ribs on Saturday are great, the Brussel sprouts are very tasty, my wife likes the Italian sub, the French onion soup is good, Mulligan egg rolls are good, the wright boy burger is decent. It can get really crowded at times with long waits for tables but that just means they are doing a good job. read more

I've been going to mulligans for almost 20 years. I recently moved back and was a bit disappointed in the food. Got a hamburger. No flavor and it was over cooked and cold. The chips are not fresh anymore. They were super thick and stale like they had been sitting around for a long time. I ordered a drink from the super Girl in the super loud. Any hear anything back bar with no greeting or smile. She has been there for about 20 years and she always looks miserable. I'm sure she's nice to someone but her resting face is not one you want to see in any bar. She was not friendly or happy at all and it doesn't make me want to Siems my time or money there. I heard the guy next to me say to his young friend, does this girl ever smile? She looks just as miserable as she did 20 years ago. Sad sn owner doesn't recognize. I'm sure she's a good employee, doesn't steal, shows up on time but the misery on her face doesn't do anything to make you feel wanted at her bar at all. read more

Just had one of the best steak salads ever. The steak was tender and perfect medium well. The Caesar dressing was good on the side. A smidge smaller than I expected for $12 but after I tasted it, well worth it. My daughter had the chicken bacon ranch wrap, homemade chips and dip. She practically licked the cup of dip clean.
