Chris completely transformed my back yard and made my design on a dime backyard vision a reality! He installed an irrigation system, removed a lot of dirt and rock, brought us mulch, installed sod and a brick border, built, sanded and sealed a 16x16 redwood deck and a double gate and set a section of 15" pavers. Although there were numerous challenges throughout the project (no fault of his own) due the weather, soil conditions, and flooding due to a faulty timer, he persevered and followed through to the end. Chris is a hardworking family man with a strong Christian faith! Throughout the day I would find him hammering away with his headphones on listening to worship songs and singing along at the top of his lungs! Quite the breath of fresh air to say the least! Chris showed up on time, was very professional, and went the extra mile on the job. The first job was a huge palm tree that three other companies wouldn't touch for under $3,000. Chris did the job for less and did more than the other guys were willing to do. His team took the tree down, cleaned up their mess, (which a lot of companies don't do) and came back a couple of days later and completely removed the stump. The second job was our fence. They did a great job and I love my patio covering. He came back about a year later and installed sod in my front yard. It still looks just as good as it did the first day. Chris with C. Scott contruction is the best. He just replaced a 30 year old wood deck with a brand new redwood deck that is beautiful. He removed all the old decking and frame and completely cleaned the site before starting the new deck. Every night when he left the job site the entire area was cleaned up. They did a great job in extending my deck to almost twice the original size yet not making it noticable as a different deck. They literally had to carv out the support beams to make it fit around the roots of an existing tree. The quality of workmanship is excellent.
