One of the movers picked the first one up and the moment he left the apartment we hear a big crash and a "um the shelf fell apart on its own". Of course no one saw what happened, but the next shelf that was moved was completely fine. They aren't responsible because of a liability waiver they make you sign for anything that is made up of particle boards (and they make you sign a waiver for this - which I haven't done so with any other company). So, I think my husband wouldn't have been as mad if 1) the mover said "I'm sorry, I slipped" or something like that since they can't be liable anyways, and 2) we can fix it, which we tried glue gun and all, but we will just have to get a new one... so, we saved on 1 hour of labor but will have to use that savings on a new media shelf. The other thing that annoyed me is that I was quoted for 2 people, but 3 showed up and they wanted to charge me for the 3 movers vs 2. They told me it's because they were so busy and running behind... Then tried to tell me it's a better deal because they will move faster. We got this resolved, but I have a feeling that if I didn't fight for my quote, I would have been charged $130 vs the $90 I was quoted. If you have furniture from ikea or anything that isn't real wood, don't utilize them, because they won't be liable for breaking them. The thing I liked is the value, but it has come back and bit me in the ass.

He told me they had larger orders ahead of me and flat out, that my order was not a priority. I was stunned! Besides all of this terrible customer service, the prices are really high and I promise you can find better prices at other printers in Austin. The color quality is subpar as well. When calling the owner, no replacement mover was en route thus increasing the time and cost of our job. - The repairs for the damage to our headboard was an all-out shouting match with the owner, who wanted nothing to do with making things right. He got testy and in our face about 120 day lead times, and he was doing us a favor for fixing our stuff that his guys broke! You could not ask for worse customer service. The owner could care less about your move and your valuables, and he certainly will not fix anything without making you feel like you were the one responsible. It was even a chore to have his guys put together our busted bed so we could sleep for the night, even though we paid extra for that service as well. I would recommend looking elsewhere for someone that actually delivers what they promise from start to finish. It is a travesty these guys are still in business breaking things in Austin.

Fast forward 6 weeks and multiple attempts on our part to find out the status of our fix, and I finally got an email back saying "after taking into the account the cost of additional material (posts) and labor (time), you will probably realize that it is not worth our time to undertake this job. I had been hoping that you would find somebody else to get it done. To be honest any odd job man should be able to do it for you. It's not even sign industry related since the sign part is already made and already installed." This was received AFTER he agreed to do the job for a fair price (his number) and walked away from it without an update for 6 weeks.
