So, I found my mattress cover that the guys removed. They tossed it and some pillows on the floor of my walk-in closet which I didn't notice earlier because I don't sleep in my bedroom or use my closet. So after returning back to reality and realizing that it was not a massive alligator waiting to eat me I realized that I do not have to buy a new cover. Yay..... I still think these guys are the best and I will be using their services again on my next move. To explain why I thought it was an alligator to those of you who may be wondering... I needed 2 sofas picked up a Costco, delivered upstairs in my house, and my existing sofa removed. I booked this job with less than a day's notice. They arrived at Costco exactly on time and did an expert job fulfilling everything I asked for. They even knew exactly how to disassemble part of the sofa in order to make it fit up the stairs (I would never have known then had I tried to move the couch myself). They even took the packing materials away for disposal!! Wow, what a huge benefit!! I could not have bought these couches without their expertise and help. I call them on Thursday, and they delivered on Friday. They went to furniture store, collected the couch, delivered it, and hauled away the old couch. We didn't even expect them to unwrap and assemble the new one, but they did. They even hauled away the wrapping and a couple other boxes I already had on hand. Fast, courteous, and professional. I called up this outfit based on a referral from a friend. I needed to move my entire house (one bedroom, one bath) into storage within a couple of days and had already called around shopping for a quote prior to calling Jason. He gave me the best quote out of the five reputable places I called. Couple that with the recommendation from the friend, it was a no-brainer. On the day of the move, he arrived within the hour window of time he said he would. I mentioned on the phone that we were moving a one bedroom one bath house, but realistically with all the crap that I've accumulated over the years, it was more like a two bedroom. He was able to fit it all into his truck. They worked with care and with a sense of urgency. The job lasted about 4 hours. It would have been only about 3 hours if we didn't stop by a second location to pick up from another storage unit before reaching our destination; and because it was a storage unit, the contents had to be staged before they were situated and properly stacked in the storage unit. Point A to Point B was fantastic and blew us away with his professionalism and cheap prices. We bought a couch off craigslist and needed it to be picked up and delivered to our home. After contacting a couple places, he was the cheapest! He was on-time, professional, worked hard and got the couched picked up and delivery ASAP. He even offered us the option to help him (cheaper) or he could bring someone for an additional cost. Before you knew it we were enjoying our couch which was delivered clean, and in great condition. Jason delivered a couch and an armchair for us when we moved into our new apartment this past weekend. We couldn't have been more happy with his service. Not only was he early, but he was also incredibly reasonable in his pricing and was a polite and professional guy to deal with. He even gave us tips on places to make sure we see in Austin. Finally, our apartment is on the third floor and our sectional and armchair didn't have a scratch. Phone calls were returned promptly, scheduling is flexible, and pricing is reasonable. They were extremely careful with wrapping, moving, unwrapping, and minor assembly of my item. I can't say enough good things about these people, I actually called them by accident--I thought they were another company my designer had recommended (only found out I was wrong half way through), From start to finish these guys were sensational. First I jerked them around because I was getting furniture dropped-shipped (dropped on the curb all wrapped up) and the delivery date kept inexplicably changing, And that didn't seem to faze them. Then I needed a bunch of things I couldn't believe that they would do--to get a freezer and a fridge out of an inside room, they took everything apart--the units themselves, the shelving in the room, the door to the room--and put everything back together, Then they took apart and rebuilt (basically) six dining room chairs so I could take the seats to be reupholstered. They put out and moved heavy oriental rugs and moved the furniture back--they were always friendly, up-beat, cooperative, and helpful. I kept expecting them to say "no we don't do that" or "there's an extra charge" but never, They took the furniture out of the packing, put them out and moved them around so I could see what different arrangements looked like--and took all the packing material and miscellaneous trash I had laying around. They weren't cheap but not very expensive for that level of service. I hate to overpraise in case they get so busy I won't be able to get in to them when I next need help--but these guys are amazing. read more

Best moving experience I've ever had! I am a college student, so I was moving in a budget. Though I was only moving a few blocks, I was moving from one third floor to another with no elevator and it was the middle of the summer. Even my friends didnt want to do that! So I shopped around for the longest and everyone hacked their prices wayyy up for the stairs on each end. Well these guys were recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be more satisfied! Very polite, moved quickly, and even though they were pretty exhausted and drenched in sweat, never did they complain. They continued to give me a pleasant experience all the way through. I had a pool table that needed to be moved down a winding staircase. I had tried selling it several times over the past 2 years and no one wanted to buy it due to the problem of getting it moved down the stairs. This time I had a buyer who agreed to use a moving company. Several moving companies that I called wouldn't move the pool table due to liability. He was very pleasant on the phone and asked me to send pics of the pool table and the staircase before giving me a quote.
