OMG! they are unbelievable!!! They did MAGIC at my mom's old apartment. They managed to get rid of 30+ years of kitchen grease! The apartment has NEVER been this clean. I remembered when she moved in how the kitchen looked dirty and honestly it only got much worse. I tried myself degreasing it with no luck. I saw their before and after videos, and thought they would probably make the kitchen as clean as when we moved in but instead it looks new!!! Cleaning in LA has done it again! I used them to deep clean my previous home before we moved out, and since they did a such great job, we used them when moving into our new spot. Nadezhda & Irina cleaned everything from top to bottom from the chandeliers to the base boards. They deep cleaned so well that I learned the stove is blue inside and not black, haha. Yelena was one of her first team members that she sent to our home, and she did an immaculate job in our house. The next several times (yup! Proud to be repeat customers) we had Olga and Nadezhda. Those two left our home spotless, and always made sure that we were satisfied. They were extremely detailed, and made sure to double check many areas and take their time. Makhlie and Irina did a great job cleaning our house, which was in dire need of a deep cleaning after a roof replacement left a ton on construction debris throughout our living room and kitchen. They immediately got right to work, and took care to reach the higher spots where a lot of the debris collected. Seriously, my house has never been this clean and it is all thanks to Olga and Nadezhda. They spent four hours scouring the bathrooms, kitchen and common areas including the window blinds and laundry room. They were extremely nice, even seemed perfectly fine that both of my children were home sick from school and the dog is a barker. I got the info for this service through a friend. Although the company is called Cleaning in LA, they came to Thousand Oaks. Let's start with the fact that they were on time and was able to find my place no problem (even food delivery companies, Amazon, and UPS sometimes get lost looking for apartments where I live) Today Olga and Nadezhda came to clean. My plan was a mess. Really bad. My place look like the day I moved in. All nice and clean. They even got out stains I couldn't get rid of. It was so immaculate. We needed a new cleaning service after moving from Orange County to LA. Nazira was very responsive when messaging and the two women she sent did an excellent job. They were very nice and professional. We only need our apartment cleaned once a month or two since we maintain it fairly well, but we haven't seen it this clean since we moved in.
