Even with an admin mistake, the entire dealership worked to make it right. The manager Angel was friendly and again, did not do the sales to manager BS you get at other dealerships. The sales man Ari lied through the whole process. I provided him everything he asked for and nothing ever happened. First is spoke to the sales manager then he was out it the next day and they couldn't help me. They were too busy selling cars to send out documents. They actually said that. My poor daughter was so excited only to have her hopes dashed. I offered to put a large deposit even for the whole car amount on a credit card until they got the credit card. If I could give the review a zero I would have. My wife and I are both banking executives and have never seen anything as bad as this and we have dealt with dealerships for years. I called Chris, he told me to come in the next morning, which I did and within 10-15 minutes a new brake light was replaced. NO CHARGE. Chris said again, "since you bought the car from us, we're going to take care of you". I've never felt as confident in a car dealership, as I do with Bill Harris. I'm not disappointed with my purchase very happy with the work and service that they provided, I feel that they are an honest and friendly dealership.
