First is spoke to the sales manager then he was out it the next day and they couldn't help me. They were too busy selling cars to send out documents. They actually said that. My poor daughter was so excited only to have her hopes dashed. I offered to put a large deposit even for the whole car amount on a credit card until they got the credit card. If I could give the review a zero I would have. My wife and I are both banking executives and have never seen anything as bad as this and we have dealt with dealerships for years.
