It's a small office and Dr. Wong is the only attending physician. They got a small office but the staff is friendly. Dr. Wong seemed nice. Because this our first visit, Dr. Wong asked a lot of questions. However, some of those questions sound weird and maybe a bit personal. When it comes to doing our blood work, they took two attempts to get the needle in me. I had blood work done by my last doctor and never had any issues. Unfortunately, my wife was not so lucky. They must have stuck needles in my wife's hands and arms in 6 different spots and still couldn't manage to draw any blood out. We ended up getting the blood work done at Quest near our house. We also had some other tests done but they never call us back with the results. A few days later I got mine back but they couldn't find my wife's. I think it's okay going to a small doctor's office, but the staff just seemed a little confused or unorganized.

But when saw the doctor, he asked a lot of questions which we thought were not related to our medical history. We went alone with it because we thought he may wanted to get to know about hour medical background. And .... when it comes to doing our blood work, they took six attempts to get my blood !!! 3 assistants ( not sure if they are nurses ) must have stuck needles in my hands and arms in 6 different spots and still couldn't manage to draw any blood out.  We ended up getting the blood work done at Quest near our house. But it comes to getting our results back from our test, it was very disappointing. My husband and I did the same test at the same time, but my husband got the result back after 2 weeks and I was told they can't locate my result. After repeated call back and forth, I finally got my results back 2 additional weeks with no explanations. Can you imagine if the test was a very important test and the result could be life and death? Their back office was totally unorganized and unprofessional and for that, My husband and I will NOT be going back.

My initial yelp review of Dr. David Alley was on 1/29/2015. At that time my mother was ill and the…read morekindness and care Dr. Alley showed my parents was outstanding. He would be sure to stop in on my mom during hospitalizations sometimes 2 or more times in a day. It is now 2 years later and unfortunately my 91 year old father is now facing medical issues. I accompanied my father there on a recent appointment. Dr. Alley has a super staff. The nurse Alaina & Gaelle, who I believe is an assistant know my dad by name and could not be more friendly or kind. Alaina, is very professional and so respectful of my dad. Dr. Alley makes my father (and me) feel like he is the only patient in the office. He explains medical information in "patient-friendly" language. So are patients sometimes waiting an inordinate amount of time for their appointment? The answer is yes. Should that affect the 5 star rating I've given Dr Alley and his staff? Absolutely Not! Before Dr. Alley treated my mother, I was was one of the many "unhappy patients" when a doctor or dentist made me wait a lengthy amount of time in the waiting area. But after the amount of time he doles out in treating his patients, I will never make that complaint again. So if you are in that office waiting, please don't take it out on Linda, the receptionist. Just know you are in the best hands of the best physician and staff, ever!

I had to add her to yelp so I could warn people away. I hope this doesn't sound in any way…read moreslanderous, but this woman is very attractive and sweet, so perhaps she could take the opportunity to go into modeling, because the medical professional could certainly use less like her. I haven't had a primary care physician in years, I thought I was in good shape, but because of an upcoming cataract procedure I needed a release form. I've always trusted Baptist Health and I got an immediate appointment....which should have been the first indication that something was wrong. I was also admitted almost immediately when I arrived....another indication that something is wrong with physicians in Deerfield Beach. If a doctor is good, you have to wait to get in. She seemed kind and competent during the exam, listened and nodded. Forgot to tell me they needed to take blood so I'd eaten. So had to make a second appointment to come back for the lab work. Then nothing. I had given them my forms to fill out for the procedure, but my ophthalmologist never got them, so they had to call to get the forms faxes. Strike 2. Never got my lab results, no follow up, I finally called and was told the doctor was on vacation. Never heard back. While I was on the phone, the stuttering PA read a bunch of gibberish to me that made no sense. I was still very nervous about the a-fib episodes I'd had that I told "the doctor" about. So I booked an appointment with Twin Lakes Heart Center in Boca (that's for another review, but let me say here that Dr. Andrea McGone is THE BEST) to find out what was going on. That was the only good thing that came out of this episode in my life...to go somewhere else to get good treatment. I hoped this helps you save time and misery...she billed over $800 to my insurance company, but I'm not sure she even bothered to look at the results of the lab work she ordered.
