I liked this place from the start. For my first visit, everything went very smoothly. It helped that I spent about 20 minutes on the phone the day before with the Cleveland Clinic Appointment folks giving them my personal and insurance info. Located in a small shopping area just west of the Sawgrass and just off of University (way easy to get to), there is plenty of parking. The facility felt more like I was visiting my family doctor and not like I was visiting a large medical organization. The front desk staff were professional. I almost never mention names in my reviews. But have to say, Nurse Tiffany and Dr. Meier-Davila were top-notch professionals. Both were good listeners and had positive communication skills. They solicited information in a manner that made me feel comfortable about being candid. Would have given 5-stars, but they do not do lab work onsite. However, that is outweighed by the comfortable feel of a family practice. In this age of assembly-line medical attention, The team at Cleveland Clinic Parkland made me feel comfortable with their personal attention.

Apparently, the individual responsible for the review was unavailable because he was in Ohio. I guess that person has no coverage or their internet is broken. As an aside, it usually takes 15 minutes for the scheduler to pick up. Such terrible customer service from them. Their lack of patient care is alarming. Be advised.

They must have stuck needles in my wife's hands and arms in 6 different spots and still couldn't manage to draw any blood out. We ended up getting the blood work done at Quest near our house. I got moved up because of a cancellation which was great. Now I know why she only sees a few new patients per day. She spent so much time with me addressing every need and concern. Most doctors rush you in and out and Dr. Ginter was the complete opposite. The office staff was extremely friendly and the medical assistant who handled my bloodwork was also great. They do charge $15 for bloodwork drawn in the office, but it's well worth it to not have to go to the labs. I got the results quickly and had a prescription phoned in right away as promised. It was a great experience and I'm so happy I finally found a doctor I can be happy with.
