From the moment I walked in and said hello, she was grumpy and unfriendly. I arrived early for my 10:00 a.m. appointment. Even though I had been to this office last year, she asked me to fill out the forms again, which I did. I also called my insurance company and provided the information she requested. After that, before they even looked up the insurance information I had provided, another staff member told me I had to reschedule my appointment. Since it was only around 10:15 a.m., I asked why I needed to reschedule when my appointment had been at 10:00 a.m. I was filling out the forms and calling my insurance company. I explained that I had recently had a baby, had made the effort to come to the appointment, and had done my best to provide the information they needed. As I was leaving, I thanked them for their help, wished them a nice day, and said that I did not want to receive a bill for a visit where I was not seen. Instead of calmly addressing my concern, the front desk staff called out across the front desk toward the door to defend herself. The entire experience felt unprofessional and disappointing.

She told me where the actual Wexford location was and called to let them know I was on my way. When I got there the gentleman that helped me was very nice. I apologized for being late and making such a stupid mistake by going to the wrong location. He said no worries you're good. He proceeds to get the tablet ready for me when another employee walks in and also another customer. The gentleman helping me told the customer he would be right with them. Then out of NOWHERE comes Heather Snyder and screams SHE WAS 20 MINUTES LATE FOR HER APPOINTMENT WE ARE SEEING THE 9:30 APPOINTMENT FIRST. I said I don't care I would wait then I thought about why she was yelling. I would expect them only to take me after their scheduled appointment because I was late no matter the reason. She is very unprofessional and there is a way to talk to people. At that point, I got up and left my money spends elsewhere. She needs to learn how to talk to people. Secondly, I was charged for glasses before even being fitted for them. Lastly, it had been 2.5 weeks since I had my appointment and did not get a call that my glasses were ready. Sure enough I called the office and they had them....just didn't notify me. Returning here is up in the air for me. While I had a good experience with the doctor, paying as much as I did for glasses and not having an entirely good experience left sort of a bad taste in my mouth.
