It is a really cool cleaners where you make them work while you sit in your truck. I knew it was the week before Thanksgiving and I wasn't really in a hurry for them, I asked her how long should I expect before getting my pants back? A week, two weeks? Her reply, "When I send you a text that they're ready, you can come get them." Now, this wasn't said in a mean way, just very matter-of-fact like. I thanked her and just waited for her text. We left it with them for a week and it turned out to be a bit of fabric caught in the teeth. So they were able to fix the zipper. Final cost:$15. But here's where they went above and beyond. I like that I don't have to drop off clothes that only takes 5-10 min to fix and wait a week to pick them up! It also helps to have Titi see exactly what needs to be tightened or loosened on for example a dress. I bought a pretty dress that was loose around my waist. She was able to hem dress in 10 min while I waited. I didn't have to leave dress and come back a few days later. You can try on clothes and she will fix odd areas that need adjusting.
