Meantime be I'm out of town taking care of my 91 year old father. Anyway he said job was done. I sent him the other half after he threatened to put a lien on my house. So I paid him. When I came home he had not completed job left my panel exposed to the elements, cut out sheet rock left hole in wall, when I questioned him he said that fixing my wall was not in work order I said neither was destroying my wall. He ran the electrical on wall not a professional at all!!!! I have taken pictures of his work I am thinking on taking him to court!!!! I don't see how pg&e passed his work. I know good quality of work from bad. I use to have an electrical business for 30 years!! This Luis guy is no good. Work very shoty not professional, didn't even clean up his mess. I specifically said to him make all of this waterproof. I am going to post pictures of his work. I paid him good $ for what? So he could servive during pandemic and screw me and my husband. I even checked him out with consumer review and bbb. What a joke.

    Saturday evening on October 25th, our lights started flickering and we lost power for about 15…read moreminutes. This Kept happening all night. My husband flipped our breakers and that didn't seem to help. Sunday morning, half our house lost power completely. I started calling electricians. Maverick replaced our breaker box a year in a half ago so we didn't think it was the box. I called Maverick Electric Sunday to see if someone could come out and find what the problem was. I was told the first available appointment was Tuesday morning. My husband called another electrician, and they said they would send someone out Monday morning as this was a SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN! I don't think we slept for two hours that weekend. Monday morning, I left for work and my husband met the electrician at our home. The guy looked around and checked our breaker box and found that a wire had been tightened too tight in our new breaker box and it snapped. My husband text me this, and I called Maverick right away and let them know what was going on. They said they could send someone out between 12pm-5pm that day. In the meantime, the electrician at our home took a video, then fixed the problem! He even spent time checking all our outlets as this arcing could have caused major damage to our system or worse, a fire! He didn't feel comfortable not repairing this safety issue. The fee was $250. I called Maverick back and let them know the problem was fixed. I looked at my Maverick invoice for the breaker box that was installed by them in late 2023 and it has a 10 year warranty. I asked to be reimbursed. After a cat and mouse game with Christina in their office (there was not one phone call returned to me) and emailing the video the electrician took, and our paid invoice, I was told they will not reimburse us as they did not authorize the work and they agreed to send someone out Monday (only after I called that morning and stated that the issue actually was). I am very concerned about the quality of work done and further issues with our electrical system. This is not the way to handle business and the fact is, another electrician fixed your mistake and you are unwilling to do the right thing even with a 10 year warranty! This was a safety issue that could not wait until Tuesday. Do the right thing!

You can imagine when we embarked on this project it had the potential to be very stressful. Brandon and Syd were amazing project leads and so communicative throughout the process. They stayed late to make sure all aspects of the project were completed within the timeline. Michelle in the front office was amazing at communicating timelines and scope of work so we understood what to expect. The team showed up on time every day and were available for questions and requests we had if we wanted to make adjustments mid project. Once they completed their work they made some recommendations for reputable dry wall companies for closing up holes in the wall which helped ease the stress of trying to vet another company. Overall we had such a great experience with everyone at Peach and HIGHLY recommend them and will call them again if we need any electrical support for our home.

It was pure luck that we…read morewere able to stumble upon Parra's construction by referral from our current Landscaper whom we praise greatly for this recommendation. These guys can figure out any plumbing issue but more over they were licensed professional electricians which are hard to find! When it comes to electric, we don't want to compromise quality as a mistake can be detrimental but we also don't think prices should be set unreasonably and we've had a couple quotes prior to Parra's. Setting up sconce lighting in our upstairs hallway would've involved going through the attic and drilling holes, finding pathways for wires in tiny spaces and all of the other nuances that goes along like us not having a big enough outlet box which would've required making a big hole in our wall that others recommended, but Parra's found an alternative to prevent any damage by creatively putting a gang box that would accommodate all the lights. Our lights were set up beautifully and properly. They took pictures in the attic to show how they did the work and properly covered the wires. While others quoted a higher price due to extensive time of 8 hours work with 2 guys, Parra's did it in less than 6 with 2 guys saving us money and time. They cleaned after themselves nicely and even repainted our attic entry pristine white because they noticed there was a lot of dirty handprints from other people's previous mess!!! Thank you so much for coming out in short notice and getting everything taken care of to 100% satisfaction Parra's!!! Definitely saving your number for our friends and family
