C2 Moving - Movers Near Me

So, Phoenix Moving / C2 Moving (different company names, but both companies are owned by the same family and operate out of the same office, so I don't know what the difference between them might be) could be good at moving furniture. They didn't move mine, so I don't know. What I do know is, they are terrible at 1) not damaging property while moving and 2) repairing the damage they have done. Both those areas are pretty important for moving companies, too. While moving out the previous owner of my home in late July, workers for Phoenix Moving damaged the wood floor in the house's master bedroom. They left a long scratch on it, deep enough that it is isn't a quick "apply some stain and call it good" project. They assured the previous owner that they would make the damage right. The previous owner gave the company's information to us, the new owners of the home, so we could work with Phoenix Moving to repairs made. It has been over two months since the damage occurred. In that time, we have received nothing but broken promises that the damage would be fixed. We've have reached out to this company repeatedly by phone and email. We started by working with a woman named Amy in August; she helped set up a time for someone from C2 Moving to take a look at the damage. On August 9th, a man wearing a C2 Moving shirt came out and reviewed the scratched floor and took pictures of the damage. When asked him if someone in the company would make the repair, he stated that C2 Moving would hire a floor repair professional to make the repairs. Great. That was what we wanted to hear. We followed up by email to C2 Moving on August 12th with information regarding the floors that the previous owner had given us. Despite having taken pictures and being given information, no appointment with a professional to make repairs was ever made. On September 1st we had to start working with Kelly at C2 Moving, because Amy was no longer with the company. No one from the company reached back to us; we always had to take the initiative to follow up when the promised day for them to contact us passed by with no phone call or email. We have followed up about the status of the repairs multiple times and every time, we hear excuses or that something was being scheduled...but nothing is ever scheduled. As far as we can tell, nothing is being done at all except for making empty promises to take action that never occurs. I had expected to have this floor repaired by now. After being repeatedly left hanging by C2 Moving, I no longer believe they are or ever were serious about the promise to make right the damage they caused. Instead, they clearly just want to string us along until I give up, letting them walk away from their responsibilities. I want to warn the community that when they work with Phoenix Moving and C2 Moving, they run the risk of property damage and broken promises. This isn't a fair way to run a business, especially one where you have to trust people to come into your home and take care of your possessions. I haven't asked for anything extraordinary. I've just asked them to keep their word and fix the damage they caused, like they promised they would. Phoenix Moving / C2 Moving is great at making promises. They are terrible at following through on them. Remember that before you decide to let them into your home and take charge of all your possessions. This was the shortest move we have every done, with the least amount of stuff (we sold all of our furniture to start new), and it was also by far the most expensive, and took the longest. We requested 3 movers, as well as packing our kitchen for an Angie's List deal. The day of the move, 2 movers showed up with no packing material. So, someone dropped of packing material and another mover (who definitely did NOT want to work that day!). We moved boxes (all already packed), 1 queen bed, dresser, small couch, crib, and baby's changing table. This took over 6 hours to load. We moved about 5 miles, and the entire move lasted from 7 past 5pm. Then we were charged over $1000. My husband complained, and we were told now over 10 days ago we would receive $250 back. Charles was supposed to drop it off, but apparently, someone dropped it in the mail over a week ago, and this check is no where to be found. There are plenty of movers out there. I called and tried to use a coupon that I seen online I spoke to a lady and then she tells me that there's a gas percentage fee and is a material percentage fee in addition to the cost they have a deal online on their website, when you add those fees in your about at the $400 they tell you that you're going to save no good Basically do the math they're offering 3 guys 3 hours and they want to wrap your mattresses and a wrap that cost 6.95 each it still comes out to about 390 doesn't sound like a deal to me. read more

Charles is incredibly unprofessional and no-showed me on my moving day after I booked his services a week and a half ahead of time and received an email confirmation. My aunt hired C2 Moving for her move from her home in Phoenix to a new home a few miles away. My niece and I drove from San Diego to assist her during the move and I was so impressed with the crews C2 sent. They arrived on Monday morning, prompt and ready to get to work. While we had managed to pack most items, there was still quite a bit to do, and they came in and finished packing, loading and organizing. The crew on Monday was amazing, quick and so nice. They took great care of her things and expertly filled the 26' truck, I don't know how they managed! They were working in 100 plus degree heat, and looked happy to be there! Since she wasn't moving into her new house until Wednesday, they took the truck to their temp controlled storage facility and were to return to her new home on Wednesday to unload. A new crew arrived on Wednesday and was even more amazing (which is pretty impressive). They unloaded quickly, and were so helpful and considerate of my aunt's things, especially since they had to separate items (due to remodeling, she had decided to continue storing some of the larger art pieces and furniture for another month) so they had to unload, and then reload items for storage. Again it was incredibly hot and they were all smiles and positive attitudes! One of them even helped my aunt hang clothes, and put away all of her shoes. It was a very stressful time for my aunt and C2 helped to alleviate a lot of that stress.Overall, they were on site Monday from 7:30 until almost 7 at night and again on Wednesday from 12:30 until about 4 (not to mention having to unload again at their storage facility). The rate for this two day move was quoted at a flat rate and was very reasonable. They had to pad, wrap and shrink wrap many valuable pieces of art, statues and furniture as well as box half of a 3000 plus sq ft home. The value for the charge was well worth it! I cannot say enough wonderful things about all of the movers from C2, Jose, Frank, Brandon (and a few names I don't remember, sorry! They were all fantastic); but I want to make sure to give special mention to Alex, who was overseeing the move on both days. He was not only efficient and great at making the move seamless and easy on my aunt, but he was friendly and nice and treated us like family. I highly recommend this company; it is evident that the customer, and their items, is valued above everything. You will be in the absolute best hands with this company and crew(s). read more

Great team! I called pretty late but Charles was still happy to take my call and very transparent about pricing. I am a single mom going empty nest after 17 years of raising 4 kids, so the move was a major transition in my life, and also A LOT of work with all 4 kids out of the area. Throughout the entire process, I was made to feel at ease, and cared for as a customer. The day of the move, Donovan and his team showed up on time, and found that I still had miscellaneous stuff to pack, but they took over and quickly got things packed and loaded! (In spite of my dog constantly pestering one of them to throw his beloved ball for him). Moving into a 1-bedroom apartment, I wasn't sure how everything was going to fit, but the team was great about helping me set things up (and moved around a couple times). Garrett even assembled my new dining set for me! (We were already approaching the 3 hrs I'd booked, and they weren't quite done lugging everything upstairs, but Donovan made sure I was okay with the $115/hr charge before starting.) When it came time to close out the bill, Donovan explained everything, including the fees I've seen others on Yelp complaining about. There were no unexpected surprises, I've had family & friends move me plenty of times, and there is never the same level of respect for your belongings, no matter how close they are. It's worth it to pay for movers and let them use the padding to protect your valuables. The whole team - Donovan, Garrett and Leo - were all friendly, professional, and caring. They did an amazing job in our lovely AZ 112-degree monsoon temps! By the time they were done, I felt like we'd become friends, and I needed to invite back over to see the finished results! We all know how much goes into planning a move...many more people involved than just the movers. My daughter works like crazy and needed to find a mover that works on Sunday. After much research, she found and paid for a move scheduled today with C2 Movers. The time slot was 10am to 12pm. We got a call at 7:30 am that the window would be moved to 1 to 4pm because of a "hiccup". We're all fine with that (all 5 of us who have taken the day to help!) However, 4pm comes and goes with no contact. No calls from or contact by this company. At 4:10pm I called the number on the website, leaving a message and then calling their "emergency" number (which is disconnected) I sent an email. In about 10 minutes I received a phone call from Brooke who said they were short-staffed and the "owner" was working with the crew all day (which apparently is why HE couldn't call) but they would be there in "about an hour"...that was at 4:10. At 7pm, still no call and no show. Another phone call and Brooke said they are en route from Mesa. We advised them that 8pm was as late as we could wait. No further response, No Show, completely failed to perform, or even maintain contact. Do not use this company, seriously...they can't even call. Received a text at 8:30 pm they were "on the way". Sorry, we all have to get up and go to work provide GREAT customer service to our clients tomorrow. Don't waste your time or money on this company. read more

C2 moving was the most horrific moving experience I have ever had in my entire life. I purchased a Groupon for $269 which provided me with three movers for four hours. I set up the move to start at 7am. I called C2 and requested to put down a deposit or receive some sort of paperwork stating I was scheduled for my move day. They declined both and told me not to worry they would be there. The morning of the move dawned and the movers had not arrived by 8am I became extremely concerned. I called C2 and no one answered so I left a message. I finally received a call back around 8:30am from Charles telling me there had been a hiccup and the trucks were fueling and would be at my house in 30 mins. No one ever called me to tell me that they would be late. 9am rolls around and Charles again answers the phone and says sorry the trucks are just about to leave. They will be there in 30 mins. Mind you I have friends and family waiting around to help me move. 945am and no sign on the movers. I call again and a woman answers and says the trucks have left and will be there in 30 mins. Still no one has bothered to call me and say a thing about being late. 10:15am and still no movers. I call again and I am told by Charles that my three movers just left and will be there soon. Still no explanation or apology. 10:37am and the movers show up. There are only two movers. I paid for three. Now I generally have no issues with the movers except that they both told me it was their first time moving and Charles pays them each $10 an hour under the table. It took them 7 hours to move my one bedroom apartment and single car garage five miles. So it comes time to pay the bill and they try to make me pay for three movers for 7.5 hours per mover plus travel fee, mileage and packing supplies. Per the Groupon contract I am obligated to pay for a $70 travel fee and a $50 two story house fee. That is all. There is nothing in the fine print other than that plus my moving rate which I already paid. I refused to sign it and asked to speak to Charles to talk to him. Charles proceeded to explain to me some very fuzzy math and when I disagreed with him and tried to explain to him the Groupon he cussed me out and hung up. Charles and his movers then proceeded to harass me for the next three hours calling me over 30 times, threatening to come down to my house and we "can handle this outside" and saying "I can't control my movers they are gonna do what they are gonna do" and repeatedly cussing me out over the phone and text message. All the while I was offering Charles to pay for the two movers and the fees spelled out in my Groupon. Charles continued to refuse and threaten me. Charles finally told me to go bleep off and that he would ensure I delivered him the check in person Overall I would give them minus 10 stars if possible. Do not use under any circumstances. They didn't show didn't show, wouldn't answer my phone calls but would text me. Kept telling me they were on their way. And then wouldn't show. I booked them in the morning due to having to work all weekend. This review is long overdue. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. I hired C2 for my move at the end of April 2017. I made the arrangements with Charles the owner 6 weeks in advance. I have Charles my credit card info and was told he was going to charge a deposit and send me confirmation. I never received any form of confirmation from Charles. I call three other times prior to the move to confirm. All Charles could tell me was not to worry, his guys would be there in the scheduled date at 7:00 AM. Moving Day rolls around and 7 o'clock comes and goes. I received a phone call from somebody from the company at 7:30 AM informing me that they had a to unload the trucks from the night before and would be late. When I ask how late she said that they would arrive no later than 9:30 AM. I waited until 9:30 AM and no movers show up. I tried to call Charles from my cell phone and he does not answer. I try several times and received no response. I finally contact him with my wife's phone number, a number he has never received, and he answered right away. It was very clear that he was screening my calls. Charles assures me that his guys are on the way and should be there within an hour. An hour rolls around and nothing. I now try to contact Charles from both phones and he does not answer. I then call Charles for my third work cell phone and he answered right away. Again, it is very clear that he was screening my calls. After several more hours, a crew finally shows up at 1:30 PM. The crew that showed up said that they had no idea they were going to be doing a move at my house that day. They said they were on their way home from a move earlier in the morning when Charles called them and told them to come to my house. Because of their level of exhaustion from the prior move, it took the movers close to nine hours to finish my move. One of the men on the crew was so exhausted that he nearly passed out inside the truck. My bill also amounted to over $1000. My check was quickly cashed the very next business day. My experience with this company is by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. I would advise anybody that is considering this company to proceed with the upmost caution. read more

Alicia, thank you for your post. I am also a victim of C2. They moved all my items into storage at Fiesta Bargain Storage. I was contacted by Fiesta Storage regarding my items being stored there. C2 without my knowledge moved my items into an unclimate controlled warehouse without my knowledge or persmission back in January. I found out in September what had occurred. Additionally, they kept billing me while not paying for the storage at Fiesta! This is fraud. The staff at Fiesta was very accommodating about getting my items out of storage. Appointment scheduled for 9/30 @ noon. I allowed an hour before calling to follow up. Was mislead throughout the day, unable to make other arrangements. Finally contacted @ 5:30 pm to set new appointment for 6:30 pm. NO SHOW again. At 7:30 pm, I was told they could probably be there at 8pm. NOPE, not falling for that again. The name they went under when I hired them was C 2 Moving Company and they were to have 3 men and a truck. The company was supposed to be fully insured The move was scheduled from Surprise, AZ to Maricopa AZ, but the load was stored for 2 nights in a locked air conditioned warehouse. When the furniture was delivered a full side panel was missing from my Stone Creek custom entertainment center. They lost the panel and broke an expensive Greek vase They were supposed to contact Stone Creek to arrange a replacement for the entertainment panel. The only restitution they made for the Greek vase was for me to weigh the broken vase and they would pay me 10 cents a pound. They did not stand by restitution for my damage and that is unacceptable. Called for a quote and for a two bedroom apartment the owner quoted my a price of $650. I am moving right down the street. No stairs. Both single level. I will be going with another company. Also, C2 Moving and Packing has lots of additional fees so eventhough there is a group-on price, they charge extra for mattress pads, shrink wrap and gas. Not competitive pricing. read more

Poor customer service. They play tricks to try and keep your belongings. The business manager ( some large horrid woman) was/is the rudest individual on the face of this earth. She lied about the operating hours in order to shorten the amount of time to retrieve my things. She also sent the forklift driver home early so I couldn't access my bins instead putting them all at ground level while the forklift driver was there. I would rate them lower if I could. This is a fraudulent company and I am going to contact the Attorney Generals office. These idiots were supposed to show up by 10AM on Oct 2 and after several lame excuses and being told that they were unloading a truck and would be there soon finally called at 9:45PM and said that they were enroute. Needless to say we told them that they were out of there mind and wanted the deposit refunded. They refused and kept hounding us to let them come by and do the move. At around 3PM we became really suspicious of C2 Moving and had a feeling that we were getting ripped off. We found these clowns on Angie's List therefor we didn't think that we needed to investigate them and didn't know that Angie's List will list anyone that will pay them. We checked with the BBB and discovered that they had an F rating and upon further review saw several other reviews that were similar to mine. While on the BBB website we located a mover named Topline Movers that were local and had an A rating. I contacted Topline and told them of my dilemma and when I told them what happened with C2 Moving he chuckled and apologized for their ineptness and told me that he would make our move right. He asked if he could send a crew over to our condo at 7AM on Oct 3. I thought that we were screwed and would not be able to get a mover for at least 3 or 4 days at best. Topline Movers showed up promptly at 7AM and completed the entire move in 4 hours. The two men that were sent were very professional and extremely efficient. In a very stressful time dealing with a fraudulent company like C2 it was really nice to deal with Topline. I can't express my gratitude for the making a bad situation better. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and will refer them to all of may family and friends that need a mover. C2 still has not offered to refund our deposit and we have had to dispute the transaction on our credit card. I will do my best to see that C2 Movers doesn't defraud any more people. read more

I have never done a review before but I needed to share how highly I think of this company. I have used them three times in the past few months. Charles and his crew have accommodated my needs in terms of pricing and timing. .The last time was the day before Easter and I called Charles with less than 12 hours notice. Even though they had a full schedule Charles said he would find a way to help me and he did just that...he is more than fair on pricing and his crew are professional and easy to work with...I will definitely continue to use them for any future moves. read more

A warning for potential clients: Our actual move went pretty good other than one gentleman who kept wondering around our house even after being told several times to stay out of certain areas. After our move, I discovered my jewelry missing. Keep in mind, this jewelry was packed and secured in my dresser. This dresser was completely covered in a blanket and shrink-wrapped from top to bottom. So, the only way to get in was to break into it. I know, bad idea to leave the jewelry in the dresser. But I figured it was wrapped up tightly and the moving company advertises professionalism with statements such as treating your items as their own. As soon as it was discovered, it was reported to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department. I followed it up with a call to C2 Moving. I was transferred to Charles. I told Charles that I wanted to file a claim for my missing items, but he kept telling me how his guys wouldn't do such a thing. He also stated valuables should be removed beforehand making me feel even more sad and upset about my loss. Anyway, he asked if he could call his guys right away and get back with me after he talked with them. I said, "Yes". However, I never heard from Charles again. In fact, I have made numerous calls since December 5 only to be told he is in a meeting or that he is out of the office. I'm still waiting for that call. After about three weeks of no communication, my husband called Charles to speak with him. Eventually, my husband did get to speak with Charles after numerous attempted phone calls and he was given the same song and dance about how it was our fault. Ok, I accept some responsibility. He finally told my husband to get our police report to him and he would talk with his insurance company. He also told my husband he would call him back the next day. Guess what? My husband had to call him once again. Eventually, we got a email response from one of the women in his office. The following is the response word for word. You stated that you were sending the police report for our review. This is not the complete report, its just the first page with no items or statement. Our contract states we are not responsible for items that we did not pack and that we strongly suggest that the customer removes and transports all cash, jewelry, coins, firearms, etc. themselves. You stated that you wrapped the items you are claiming on of the subcontractors told and stored them in a drawer of the dresser that you padded and placed shrink wrap on for transport. We wouldn't have done anything with the contents except place the dresser in the room of your choosing and then remove the shrink wrap and padding from the outside of the dresser for disposal. The police were not contacted for 7 days after your move and no one from the police department have made any contact with our office to go over the details. I will await the copy of the complete police report from Jennifer to do more research as she is the said "victim" in this case and all the paperwork regarding this job is in her name. Thank you. OK. First of all. I was only given the first page of the report. Two. Do you sense any kind of care or concern in this letter for my missing items. Three. The movers have been the only people around the dresser unattended besides me and my husband to date. Four. You can't tell me that your subcontractors wouldn't take the items. Five. The police weren't contacted for seven days because I work for a living. Between unpacking and working at a hospital 12-hour days and running a food bank, the jewelry wasn't even looked for or noticed right away. Six. I'm not in control of how police departments run their investigations. Seven. Notice the tone of the word victim as if we were lying. Hmm. I then sent in the full report by email and directed it to Charles. Instead of possibly trying to show care and concern, I was contacted again by one of the women in his office. Not Charles. I was told again that it was my own fault and told the facts of their contract. So, my husband calls Charles and Charles proceeds to yell at him and pretty much called him a liar about the jewelry being stolen. Charles refuses to file a claim with his insurance or at the very least, reimburse us for our move. I realize that I have no pictures or video proving that the movers stole my jewelry. But, they were the only people around my dresser. Before the move, jewelry. After the move, no jewelry. I don't know, but it seems fishy. My items are gone. My grandmother's engagement ring. My mother's ring. My engraved jewelry box from my children. Ask yourself. Do you believe that C2 Moving is a company in whom you would feel completely comfortable entrusting with your items? USE C2 MOVING ONLY IF YOU WANT A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE If I have one regret regarding my recent move, it would be choosing C2 Moving. I cannot believe that Angie's List and BBB would support the "service" I received. Let me begin with the fact that the movers arrived more than an hour later than scheduled. They were exhausted from the short turn around time from a long distance move they had just completed and said as much. And it was apparent that even though they seemed nice enough at first, the were not up for the job. Clearly, they must have no respect for their customers OR your employees. This was a bad plan and I have paid for their errors. Not only was I charged for the extra time that could have easily been shorter if the men were: 1. Ready for work. 2. Knew how to arrive to both destinations on time. 3. Park the truck in appropriate locations for easy loading and unloading. It took more than 25 minutes for them to try and part the truck at the destination. Which I ended up paying for this waste of time. 4. Carried more than one item at a time when not using the dolly. Not only did it take longer to complete the move, my box spring arrived fitly dirty and I have a broken leg on my console table. "Open a claim with Charles" is all they had to say about these botched moves. And when I reported the issues, I was called a liar. Why would anyone lie about these things?! After lengthy, polite negotiating with Vern, I still paid more than double what was quoted for this debacle. There are plenty of other movers in the valley. I will be sure to let everyone know that C2 Moving dirtied my previously spotless box spring, broke my table and charged me too much! No resolutions were ever made by C2 Moving! read more

Apparently my review has been removed. This company moved my house. They were the only ones in my house and after they left all of my wife's jewelry was missing. The jewelry was wrapped up in a box. Hidden in a drawer and the entire unit was shrink wrapped tight to keep people out. When I went to the dresser the shrink wrap had been partially removed and the jewelry missing. I contacted Charles and he said it was my fault. After months going back and forth it's just gone. Filed a police report but it's not worth their time to investigate this small of a crime. Charles called me a liar and also said I was falsely accusing his team of theft. Do not use them unless you want to lose your stuff. read more

Estate was to be moved ad kept in storage. The move was smooth and nothing but trouble after that, storage.. Extremely difficult to contact and arrange for liquidator to look at goods. These guys were amazing!!!!!!! They had availability with short notice for the Saturday after Christmas. They were on time, called when they were on their way, and had all the right equipment to move and package my delicate belongings quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would and will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a moving service here in the Phoenix metro area and I will definitely call them for my next move. Hired C2 moving for a move of a 2000 sqft home. Transit distance was only three miles. Bought a Groupon deal for three movers and a truck for three hours. The deal stated it was discounted, but there hourly rate after was $115, so I m not sure how much of a saving the Groupon actually was. Estimated the move should take about 4-6 hours. However, it took them 6 hours to pack up everything into their truck alone and another three and a half hours to unpack. After two hours I expressed concerns about the time and the amount that had not been loaded. I contacted the office manager who related she would have estimated the move to take 4-6 hours. For the record, I had everything all ready packed up in the garage, there were no boxes to pack up only to move into their truck. The only things that needed to be done was break down three bedroom sets that were upstairs and the living room, kitchen table and washer/dryer. The office manager said she would look into issuing a credit and would call me back. It's been weeks and she has not contacted me nor responded to me or my spouses messages. The move ended up costing over $1100, and I could have moved my self for much cheaper. I will NEVER use C2 Moving again nor would I suggest their services. read more

Thee guys were great!! They moved my parents across town last week. They were speedy, but careful, and did an excellent job. I've been in the furniture business for many years, and have moved more people, and delivered more furniture than anyone I know, and these guys did everything the right way, and not a single thing was damaged in any way!! That is very uncommon when it comes to movers and or delivery guys. To top it all off they were very affordable, about $300-$400 less than we were anticipating!! I write this review with a very heavy heart. I used C2 movers in 2013 and they did an amazing job at a reasonable price. But this year it was horrendous. They were supposed to come with two trucks and for men they came with one truck and three men because of that they had to drive the truck back to their location unload it and come back again which cost me more money my items had to be stored for approximately 3 weeks which they did when they brought they were supposed to bring my furniture on April 20th they did not show up. They came April 21st 5 pieces were damaged one panel of a very expensive table is totally cracked across the side, my cherry kitchen table is gouged and chipped and a $400 floor lamp is missing. I have not heard a word from their insurance company there is been no restitution of any kind and they do not even answer my phone calls. Terrible!! So many hidden charges. They moved my home to a storage unit and once they were done the movers told me that their facility offered free storage. Really thanks? Also, I called to complain about the charges and no mention of storage and was told I was wrong by the front desk and owner. Stay away. It's hard to find a good moving company. read more

Every single person I worked with from the office person, Anabelle, to the estimator, Anthony, to the movers (Sammy, Victor, Joaquin, Amato) and the owner, Charles, were professional and customer centered. I had a house full of boxes moved so I could show my house and put it up for sale. They were to come between 7 and 7:30 AM. They were here at 7:15 and after two hours, they were done. I thought it would take all day. They were polite, efficient, hard-working, extremely careful, and clever. I am a very skeptical person so I watched to see that I would get what was guaranteed--and I am delighted to say, I got so much more. I always ask people who do work for me if they like their boss because I think that says a lot about the company in general. And they like their boss very much; in fact, they rave about him. This was a coupon deal but they will move my furniture to Denver from Phoenix as soon as my house is sold. Now I know I can relax about it and just worry about selling my house. Finally, something good has happened to us during this home sale process. read more

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. Almost all of my furniture was damaged by them. The delivery people spoke little to no english. Most importantly the team leader told me said to me "It is your fault that your stuff is damaged." I called the "owner" Charles and he asked for pictures of the damage which were sent to him promptly. He said he would call back that same day, Friday. It is now the following Wednesday and we haven't received a phone call, a return text, email, smoke signal, nothing. My wife and I have attempted to email him and call him and he ignores our calls and will not respond to email. My sons $1000 convertible crib, which will be his bed until he can't fit in a full size bed, is now beat to hell as well as my $2000 bed and thousand dollars worth of nightstands and dressers. I regret using them tremendously and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone even if they were the last company on Earth. read more

Couple things. 1 - I had explained to the company that I was moving from a 3500 sqft home... and yet they only sent one truck to house my contents. When that one truck was full, ALL THREE of the guys rode in the full truck back to Mesa to bring back a second empty truck. Why couldn't just one guy do that, while the others stayed behind to continue wrapping furniture and move things out to the driveway for faster loading when the new truck arrived. It cost me hundreds of dollars to watch 3 guys ride off on my dime!! C2 would not apologize or compensate for the poor estimate of space needed, or the "travel costs" associated with the "no work zone" which was created when they all took off for a 3 hour break. 2 - Since the move, I have tried to call the office - phone is disconnected? I've tried to email several times, and no one has responded. I am missing a box that was taken from my home but never delivered to the new one. It must be there somewhere in the C2 warehouse... but I can't get a response. Nice guys did the move. They were clean and polite. read more

Used these guys 3 weeks ago. Three strong guys with brains and good attitudes. They moved quickly and efficiently, and were polite as they went. These folks were best price, and still worked hard. We had hired another company two weeks prior that I didn't hire back, and definitely wouldn't recommend. I would use C2 Moving and Storage for my next move, and would recommend to family and friends to use them as well. read more
