Excellent movers, on time and friendly. They got the job done and had extra time to help set up beds!

James and Aaron were incredible. They packed and unpacked our 17' uhaul in 2.5 hours, I was amazed! Not only were they very fast, but they took great care of our furniture by making sure moving blankets were used on all surfaces and everything was tied down in the truck. These guys were true professionals that took great pride in their work and our moving experience. My son and his wife were moving apartments and I wanted to chip in with providing movers. James and company showed up a little early and got started right away. The job went a little over the estimated time which was expected. I did not stick around...my son told me later that the move went very well. Nick and James are amazing! I am moving from AZ to CO and they "took the frustration out of moving." They are a great group of guys that are polite, experienced, and true business men. They made moving my belongings very easy, and arranged everything so I had nothing to worry about when driving our uhaul. They are both very easy to talk to, joke with, yet still use the time wisely to get the job done. Also, out of the many movers we looked into hiring they were relatively inexpensive for the timeframe that it took them to move my stuff. Update: They are not licensed and bonded, so it anything breaks in moving, your luck to get a replacement as there is no legal recourse except moving to small claims court. Also if movers trip or fall in your premises, they can sue you for medical cost. Update2: I had home cleaning scheduled next day and they found two drawer still with stuff. Update 3: I'm finally moving and it is baffling that so many items were left unpacked even though I returned some 7-8 boxes. No open items was protected even thought I had biggest roll of bubble wrap left 70-80%. Update on the business reply: I really don't know what's the industry standard is but I was told that it would take one and half to two hour to pack and load. So please keep your jargon and lies with you. If you are looking for a move and not getting ripped off, look elsewhere. Moving the 3bed home, this time I knew that I needed professional help, but was overwhelmed by movinghelp.com. So tried calling lot of movers directly for estimate after inspection. Luckily (sadly) Nick from Experienced Movers Scottsdale agreed for same. Never thought this was going to be one of the biggest mistake. Nick said that while packing and loading will be done in one and half to two hours and as I have met him directly he will giver better rates then listed on moving help.com. He also promised a 15 year "Bob the builder" who can lift bed with one hand and dismantle them in a minute. Come the moving day and I'm sent a 5year experienced lead mover with a fresher. Yes fresher. This crew start packing at 9:45 and finish loading at 2:45. I never thought a two hour packing and loading will extend to 5 hour. This has already exceeded the estimate time by 250% so I asked for one more guy so that unloading can be done fast but owner refused and flat lied that he had said two hour for packing and another two hour for loading and he was unable to arrange anyone in such a short notice. This is not end. Instead of giving me a discount for bypassing moving help.com he over charged me close to 50%. His rate was charged me was even more then advertised rate on moving help.com but 50% is robbery. So a bill that I should have had ended with 390 ended with 555. Fresher mover was led to longer time for work. Upon making a phone call to Nick about over charging he has rates are only for prepaid customers. Another lie. He also said that their rates are dynamic. Another lie. Their availability is dynamic but not the rates. This I already realized once I made the direct booking. They do not add protection to edges of couch, cycle, tables, matters, table fan (items that can not be packed in box) I would suggest to avoid their services as they switch and bait movers, give bad estimate and in top of that lie about it and grossly overcharge for services. If at all you need to deal with his scamming movers, always get written estimate. read more

Talked to James on the phone about hiring two of them to load our 26 foot truck. Very positive conversation and made plans to load my truck on the following Monday morning. Even called me back a few day previous to confirm the time. House packed . . . no show . . . no call. Extremely disappointed. Even made several phone calls trying to make contact. After a no show hired another company. I called them because they had such excellent reviews. Maybe someone came along with a better paying offer. I don't recommend them. read more

This company had an appointment to meet with me at 1pm yesterday at my home for an estimate. At 1:15 when he had not arrived I called him. He explained a job got busy but he would be there at 3. At 3 he called to say he was not going to make it and asked it he could reschedule for a week later. As I work next weekend I asked if he could work me in today.he agreed and would be here between 9-6 and would call me with an hours notice. Never called , never came. Wasted 2 full days on this jerk who assured me the client was everything. Would have given a 0 star if I could. Really frustrating to waste 2 full days waiting on this jerk read more

Amazing Customer Service! This was about the 4th place I had called to get a quote and Nick called me back right away with the best price! He was very polite over the phone and didn't ask a million questions like the other companies. The day before the move he contacted me to confirm the time and make certain they would be there, I though that was great customer service and a reminder call. They were so fast I could not believe I had my whole apartment moved out and into my new house with in a matter of 2 hours. My apartment even had stairs and they manage to handle that so well. They helped me take apart my granite table which normally takes 3 people to lift and they did it with just 2 guys. They also helped me move some additional furniture at my new house into the garage which was not part of the original move but they jumped in and helped me. I have to say I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family for any move and when I get my shed built at my house they will be the first people I call to help me move stuff in there as well. We found these movers with a bit of luck as we were driving ourselves from Chicago to Scottsdale, and needed some last minute help to unload our truck. With minimal notice we were able to book them at a time which was convenient for us. They did a good job, worked pretty fast, and took good care of our things with no breakage whatsoever. Price-wise, this company is very competitive. Our invoice price was $150 for 2 movers & roughly 2 hours to unload the truck in a 2-bedroom apartment. We chose to round it up to $210 in view of the quality of the job. I would highly recommend these movers. Go raiders, by the way! read more

Our original experience with them was great, but after a cross country move, we discovered that a granite counter-top piece was broken after transit. They had been the ones who initially handled it and packed it in the first place. I call up and they won't even cover half the replacement cost. Was also charged for their time to fly out to job site in addition to paying for the flight and was not notified beforehand. As others have stated it seems that they are in fact not insured. read more

This review is long overdue! My son and I were returning late at night from Burning Man on September 3, 2018. We realized we were going to need help getting his truck unloaded and everything stowed the next day in order for us to be able to make our flights out. I found Experienced Movers of Scottsdale online and was able to make a request for their services for the next morning at 9AM. They responded and were on site ready to go the next morning and got everything done by 11AM. The only hold up was due to an error I made in the return email address by which the code they needed to process the job for payment was sent (result of me doing this reservation while very very tired). That was finally straightened out via phone and everything went so well. We could not have been more pleased. We will use them again next year if needed, and would recommend the crew to everyone.
