Please don't. Just.. don't. Convenient? Yes. Friendly? Yes. Cheap? Only at first. The first two months that is. After that, expect the rent rate to double at a minimum.. then what will you do.. spend money to hire people to move you entirely out? No. They got you, and they are allowed to do this. Is it right? No. Other places don't do this, like U-Haul, Self Storage... they are pricier up front but when you average it over 12 months.. take the mean cost.. it's cheaper. Then.. have you ever missed a payment on ANY bill in your life? You think the contract follows govt rules? Bet again. This location specifically will violate your rights and flat out lie about it. They will give you the run around, specifically gave me a phone number "to corporate" that was out of service, then made me speak to a poor girl on the phone that had no idea what was happening she was just a front desk girl, the coward manager wouldn't talk anymore because she knew she was in the wrong... missed one payment and THEY AUCTIONED OFF EVERYTHJNG. I got a text message saying "thank you for being a loyal customer". Oh I'd say they should have probably picked someone more ignorant than myself to do this to... but then again I would also guess they do this a lot. Just so happens I am a fantastic record keeper and have a lot of time on my hands as well as resources. Do YOURSELF a solid by going somewhere else, though. Because ethics matter when you store items that matter.. otherwise you wouldn't be storing them, right? You'd just give them up in the first place. This company has an entire side business making money off auctioning off units. If it's part of their annual revenue, and they rely on it... don't do it. They either take your money through rent or they take your money by selling your stuff and they don't give a sh*t. No f@cks given. Don't take the chance. It's like a dental office that gives you a candy bag on your way out. read more

Got a rate of $39 + $26 ins 3 mos ago for a very small 5×10 unit.... 1st didnt realize the weird set up where you have to drive INTO the building for access. Theres ALWAYS a giant truck and at least one other vehicle inside blocking you from exiting until they are done, not very well thought out but for that price it is what it is....then my car was damaged by a giant truck blocking the entry and apparently thats totally ok! Once the entry door was broken so you had to enter thru the exit... bit you had to dodge the crackheads living outside the exit to do so. Today i called to pay my rent and instead of the $67 i agreed to i was charged $106 without notice.... THREE months after move in! I understand increases happen and gouging is the new customer svc policy but THREE months in and more than doubling the rent???? Now ive wasted a ton of money and i have to come up with another plan cause this is NOT right! Just another on thd LONG list of reasons why AZ sucks! read more

Nice facility but way too many price increases. A unit that started at $79 ended up being $130 two months later and up at $155 for the year later. Might be the going rates but I see plenty of empty units! read more

Catch and bait. I got in for $55.00 a month and had to prepay for the first 4 months. Then they tell me after 3 months it is going to be....$110.00 + tax. 100% increase in 3 months. Appreciated the weekend Manager's (Sue) vigilance and superior customer service. She gently encouraged and helped another customer lock their unit and she even cleaned after the same customer's dog had an accident in the car bay. She also provided clear instruction for me as a customer regarding the loitering that recently occurred at this particular location. I paid 4 months in advance when i chose this storage facility. 3 months into my rental i received notice that the rental fee i was quoted was a "promotion" (which they NEVER informed me of) and that my rental fee would be almost doubled!!! Great storage facility would definitely recommend! It's very secure because there are lots of codes you need in order to enter the facility. The staff is very nice and helpful and the process of moving stuff in and out was very easy! They also have a few carts for moving stuff to/ from your unit and they definitely came in clutch with the heavy boxes and furniture. I do feel like it was priced very good for the amount of space that I got and the fact that it's climate controlled. read more

Rented a storage unit at this location at a monthly rate of $76.00, to store things from my home while I worked on a move to Texas (with taxes and fees it ended up being a monthly payment of $89.20, which is fine). After I moved, was 1000 miles away, they raised the price dramatically to $161.23 (with no notice or warning). This wasn't after a long time, this was within 2 mths of renting the unit. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who said "this is the going rate" and they would not change it back. I didn't have any way to move my stuff for some time (finding a place, working, BEING A THOUSAND MILES AWAY, etc) so I had no choice but to pay it. I definitely wasn't budgeted for an insane, out of nowhere, price increase. This is a bait and switch place, definitely don't rent here. I never would have put my stuff there if they told me they could just arbitrarily change the price on a whim, after they have you stuck. read more
