This place is a preferred provider for state farm and that meant there was an extra warranty that went with the windshield and also just a very easy communication between the two. The worker on the phone was super nice and helpful and got me set up within a few days for a home visit appointment. The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

Well it was my turn. Noticed a large crack in my windshield on Saturday when I pulled out of the garage . Never knew that something hit my windshield and I could not find a ding that would have led to the crack. Did some research found a few companies that had decent prices , but the more I thought about it, I wanted to go with a name brand company in case the calibration of the windshield features went wonky. So I chose safelite. Unfortunately most Nevada insurance carriers do not have broken glass coverage that doesn't require having to use your deductible .and also unfortunately I have a $1000.00 deductible. So there went my sushi budget for awhile. I guess without the insurance the bill would have been $1600ish ... way more than the local shops... but anyway I stuck with safelite. Fast forward to today, arranged cars and centered my car in the garage so they could have plenty of room to work. Appointment was from 8:00-12:00 (estimated) and of course the tech showed up around 12:10. Told me he couldn't work in the garage so we pulled the car out on the street. 2 hours later , great new windshield, no mess in the garage,car was clean. Didn't try and upsell wiper blades or rainex. Guess I would have given them five stars if they were there early and/or told me a better ETA . Can't complain about the cost to the tech of course , but all in all a good job .

They ordered one of the parts damaged and dropped it off, I refused to allow them to install it because I won't let them touch my vehicle again at Safelite. Furthermore, they didn't order the part that the negligent safelite employee smeared glue all over. Both pieces looked brand new before they touched my car, but now they do not. Now, they've closed out my claim for the damages and are ignoring my emails. The location on Cheyenne is terrible. ...Also I'm forced to pay out-of-pocket once more to sunproof my window because of the poor and shoddy workmanship of the Safelite employee. They turned a very bad experience of my car, getting broken into into an even worse experience when it was supposed to be getting repaired.

DO NOT go to this place. I don't know where to begin. Took our brand new van there to get tinted…read moreon the day I made the appointment, which was 4/13. I come in at around noon and the employee didn't even know my van was awaiting work. No big deal, right? I come back after work, around 4:30pm. The same guy is sitting outside. He gets up and says, "I'm glad you're here, I've been waiting to close up and go home". They close well after that. Anyways, I see my van and I start looking it over. I notice that the driver's side weather seal at the top of the window is folded up. I ask him about it and he says, "Oh that's an old seal, man. It caused me to retint this one window 3 times." I informed him the van was brand new and he comes back to me with the smart comment, "Oh, so you just bought it yesterday?" I asked for the manager and he wasn't there. Apparently missing. I open the driver's door. There are HOLES in the upper trim of the inner door panel. Again, asking him about the damage. Of course, he says, "Oh, that was there before I started." I open the passenger door. Same damage in the same relative spot on the passenger door. Same response that "it was there..." According to the Honda dealer, total damage to replace both door panels and weather strip is over $1,200 with labor. The tint quality itself was horrible. Dog hair was underneath the tint in numerous spots. They have dogs roaming around the premises; not sure how they get away with that; specially on base. Nowhere near a "service dog". Other areas of the tint was melted, creased and even wasn't cut correctly, causing gaps between the tint itself and the window frame. The job was for a complete tint, to include clear tint installed on the front windshield. The front windshield was never done and two small side windows weren't either. When asked about it, the employee's response was, "the work order didn't specify the small side windows and we don't have the clear for the front window. I don't know why my manager keeps scheduling people for it." After leaving that night, I called their HQ location in El Paso, TX. I was given an email and was assured a prompt response; I emailed them that night. As of this day, 5/10/17, I have yet to receive a phone call or e-mail from the company's corporate location. The following week, the manager of this location, Chris, reappeared and wanted me to bring the van back over for him to look at. Of course, the damage to the doors is now a "he said/she said" type situation. I noted that nowhere on their work order stated damage to my vehicle. (Again, van was brand new with under 4,000 miles on it). Chris says he can't afford to replace the parts and he wants me to let his "custom fabricator" reupholster the upper door panel. I said absolutely not, and that I would like it how I dropped it off. After some back and forth with AAFES, it was communicated to me that the panels were to be replaced. Great. He asked to make an appointment for the tint to be redone and that he was personally going to do it. Great. I made it for the following week. That time comes and begins working on the car around noon. He calls me about 2 hours later. Says there is too much debris floating around in the air and that he needs to clean the bay before he can proceed. Okay, no big deal. He states he would call me the next day to make another appointment. Next day came and went with no phone call. Next week came and he finally calls saying, "the reason why I didn't make an appointment for you yet is because I'm waiting for fabric to come to repair your door panel." Wait. You just told me last week you were going to replace the panels. I've completely cut communications with this place now. I've since filed breach of sales contract with my credit card company and am considering Small Claims court for repayment of damages to my car. I've also filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Trust me, take your car elsewhere. For those that work/live on base, it's not worth the convenience factor.

Beware of crappy overpriced hack job service!! I have several issues since having my windows tinted…read morehere, first off This shop is very shady, they request you pay the full amount up front upon appointment, I had my vehicles tinted with the removal of old tint which was quoted at $374.00 which is a very steep price. I decided to try their service since the shop was located close to my workplace. The worksmanship of their tinting is extremely poor. A five year old could tint better. I spent several hours cleaning my interior since fluid and dirt were left all over the place during installation ruining my leather seats. I found flaws on every window, tint cut too short all over the place. Total hack job!! Jagged edges cut, dirt, dog hair and old glue left under tint. They etched the outside of my windows when cutting out the tint and also cut my weather stripping in several places. When I asked for a refund they refused and said I signed a contract and could not be refunded. AAFES should be ashamed having this place operate under them. I will not let them redo the tint because I am not confident in their work. So now I have to get legal involved to receive my money back. Do not use the service this place provides unless you want to get a hack job like I did. Shop needs blacklisted.

He was able to come out a few days later, take measurements and get me a quote. He was also able to source the door and trim which saved me a lot of guesswork. As soon as the doors came in, he reached out to schedule and he had the doors hung within a couple of hours. His attention to detail is what really stood out to me. He was able to source the exact doors, trim and handles I have so it looks like this came installed from the builder. Everything is level and looks great. He was even able to refer me to someone to get the doors painted and that person did an awesome job as well. After all the mess I dealt with buying a new build home, it's very refreshing working with someone who takes pride in their work. Thanks JR!

ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ!!! Secured Auto Glass destroyed the interior of my 4Runner, literally causing thousands in damage. I would hate for my worst nightmare to become yours, and the owner, Mr. Nona, is not somebody you want to have any business dealings with ever. I've never met such an angry and belligerent person. I never write these kinds of negative reviews but he has given me no choice and potential customers should be warned. I'm sure he'll respond to my post and lie about my whole encounter with him just as he did with my wife's previous post. His advertised "lifetime warranty" is a scam and don't bother calling him with a grievance because he is definitely not interested. He will try to intimidate you and probably verbally assault you as he did to me, multiple times. The interior of my Toyota 4Runner (which is a great vehicle that I LOVE) has been destroyed by the urethane adhesive used to install my windshield, that he smeared and splattered all over the place and he also broke my door handle. When I called to discuss the shocking damage to vehicle, he wouldn't even let me talk and kept interrupting me, when I asked him to please let me speak out of nowhere Mr. Nona went ballistic screaming and cussing and called me an "F=ing idiot" before hanging up the phone on me, he did the exact same thing when I called back. He has caused thousands in damage to my vehicle and the way he has treated me is so unprofessional and very upsetting. Unfortunately, I have had to seek help from an attorney to deal with this bad situation and to save money I went to deliver a letter from the attorney with photos of the damage and an estimate from an upholstery shop to fix my SUV, only for Mr. Nona to again scream me down (after denying cussing me out on the phone twice) and he then threw my letter in the garbage right in front of me while yelling for me to leave. (which I most gladly did) He has no interest in his customers or their concerns, and quite frankly I have no idea how he managed to do what he did to my vehicle as it shows nothing less than a complete disregard for other people's property. He is just a greedy and dishonest person, which is especially troubling to me when considering his office is filled with quotes from the Bible and Jesus about kindness etc.... it is so hypocritical. I'm sure that stuff is there just to give customers a false sense of security. To any potential customers, I apologize for my rant, but you deserve to be warned. Thank you. read more

We have a 2016 Freightliner Cascadia with a badly cracked windshield...and we're in need of it replaced ...before picking up our next load. The Owner, Mr. Nona, was Very Polite & Helpful and said He Could Be Of Service To Us!! Despite a rather "complicated" problem that arose while working on our repair... I would highly recommend Secured Auto Glass to anyone who needs a crack fixed or an entire window. I had to have my entire window replaced so I called ahead of I me to ensure they had the window I needed for my vehicle. The man who answered the phone which I later found out was the owner of the business was very polite and professional and provided me with a quote. Once I got the quote, he said he would order the window and have it there for me when I arrived I had him go ahead and get it. I was surprised that he ordered the glass without requesting payment in advance, but I told him I would be there in about an hour... Three hours later I arrived to have my window put in my car. The owner greeted me as I walked in and was very nice. My car was done and I was leaving within 30 minutes. The shop was very clean and there is a nice waiting room with Direct TV to watch. I sat there and watched several other customers arrive and pick up their vehicles I was so impressed with the owner and how he dealt with his customers and how honest he was that I couldn't help, but be great fun I found this shop. Shops like this are a rare in this day and age it was a really nice change. I would give this shop 100 stars if I could. The service is fast, friendly and excellent prices. read more

This place really saved my boyfriend and I in a tight spot! Our ford E350 Econoline company van specialty side quarter window was broken, shattered. I was headed to Pick-a-Part to see if I can find a part for it. I drove all the way up to North Lamb, and on my way walking up to Pick-a-Part, decided to stop into secured Auto Glass just for inquiry on price quote. I was being quoted at other places around 160, so I thought I'd give it a try and see before heading out into the vast Pick-A-Part yard. I was able to buy the glass itself without all the labor and installation for less than 100 dollars, since it was not needed because it was easy for my boyfriend just to screw it on and get it tinted before hand. The price was so affordable so I decided to wait for the next glass shipment, which was only 30 minutes away that morning around 10:45 am. ASH the owner was a good man, he did not try to make a buck off me what so ever! I was only charged for a low glass delivery fee, which he would have been charged. He was very knowledgable, very experienced, and affably kind! Any other experience with auto glass needed, SECURED AUTO GLASS would be the business to go to! My driver's-side car window suddenly shattered as I drove on the beltway north of Las Vegas. Completely by chance the first place I saw after turning south towards the city was this "Secured Auto Glass" shop. I walked in covered with glass, said something like "maybe you can help me" and was immediately ushered into a work area by the manager Mr. Ashor Nona where he used an air hose to clean me off. He then gave me a cold bottle of water, had me seated in the front room, inspected my car with an employee and discussed the repair. He showed me the costs for materials and labor and immediately put in an order. I don't think I was in there more than about 2 hours before being on the road again. The employee who did the installation was also courteous and friendly and we went over all the possible causes of the breakage. He had also cleaned up all the glass. The was an amazing experience for me as I was making a long trip through Nevada up to Utah and did not want to have to spend an unplanned night in Las Vegas. I went to this shop yesterday morning and was pleasantly surprised. The owner (Ash) was fair, precise, and honest with his pricing; not only with me, but whomever he spoke with. He told me prior to coming how long it would take to repair my regulator. When he couldn't find the part himself (Lord knows he tried), he advised me to go directly to the dealer and return. I did that. Sad thing is, he knows more about my car than the dealer, as when I returned, the dealer sold me the wrong part. Upon returning from the dealer, Ash and his right-hand man (Gus) showed me the dealer once again sold me an incorrect replacement part, as the switch didn't match up. They had a solution, but wanted my approval first. Not only that, but visually showed me what they were going to do. That went a long way to retaining me as a permanent customer. In replacing my window regulator, they showed me things about my Corvette I didn't even know. They also were very patient, professional, and guaranteed all the work. Pure excellence. Dont go anywhere else, I dont care what part of the valley you live in, its well worth the drive. Seriously best prices in town, honest, reliable, and the best customer service you will ever get. My rear window listed for over $600 + 4 hour labor puts me @ around a grand. Called him up and he said he'll call me back in 5 min, he called me right back and found a used one in Henderson. Glass was in excellent shape. This guy is located off lamb and I15, he drove all the way to Henderson, pulled the glass from that car and drove back to his shop. He paid $50 bucks for the window "I saw the receipt" guess what his mark up was??? Zero!!! He charged me 50 bucks, plus labor/tax total was $154 OTD, same day service!!! Less thsn 1 hr!!! Friendly, no bull, straight up genuinely nice guy that actually cares about his customers. Not to mention a no haggle life time guarantee on his work! I had a really great experience with this place. In November of 2013 someone broke the smallest (and coincidentally the most expensive) window in my car and being a student I kind of just had to leave it be for more than 6 months while I tried to save and find the best quote for a replacement. After calling around, the folks here were able to find a used window for literally half the price any where else had quoted me. It looks fantastic too, it's used but you'd never know. Honestly it wouldn't have mattered if it had looked a used, I was just really tired of having a gaping hole into my car (plastic over the window doesn't quite count). Still, it looks good too which I appreciate. They replaced it really quickly, did a great job, were super friendly and the price was more than fair. If I end up needing more glass work I'll definitely head back their way. read more

We called on Saturday morning and Ash gave us an estimate and a time to come in. When I arrived, Ash and his assistant immediately began to work on replacing my back window. The phone was ringing off the hook and there were various times that it was necessary for Ash to assist with the window replacement. Therefore, he was rushing from the garage to the phone. Sometimes it may have seemed to the callers that he was a bit brusque and impatient but sitting in the shop watching him caused me to understand that he works harder instead of hiring a person for the phones so he can offer the customer a better price. Wow what a great business. After having my window smashed in and car rifled through I was a bit frustrated, but these guys made all the difference. They were a third of the price of the dealership and got the glass same day when the dealership told me it would take a week to order in. The owner Ash was great and got me in quick and even had a few encouraging words for me, after feeling violated from the break in. The guy who worked on the actual window seemed very confident and when I have him a nice but none to extravagant tip when he was done was super appreciative like I had made his entire week! Great place. Purchased a used car off of a personal seller and it had a big crack in the windshield. Called to get a quote on the windshield, which was accurate. When we came in, Ash was very quick to help us with our car. We left it in the back of the shop for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and he called back, telling us it was done. When we came back, he explained to us how bad the car had been rusted - it is a 1998, in the end - and showed us picture proof of what rust he had to clean out to make the new framing go in correctly. He also replaced the urethane framing around the windshield, which was about $30, but didnt charge us for cleaning the rust out. Overall, it was a cheap, quick, and excellent experience! I needed my windshield repaired, it had a small ding that had began to spread. I went to Secured Auto Glass after I was quoted by my insurance company of a deductible of 250.00. I called the shop and he stated he could get me out with same day service. After arriving at the shop, I found a honest, sincere and courteous owner who even let me see how he quoted the price for me. This made me feel that I was not being beaten for my money and I even relaxed a little. When the job was finished, I was explained what to do to avoid further damage and I was greatly satisfied. You really can't expect better elsewhere. Ash and his staff did a fine job on my VW Jetta with quality work at a discount price. My car needed some love, and we got it at Secured Auto Glass. In fact, when he went to pick up the replacement windshield, his glass dealer gave him a discount, and instead of pocketing it after giving me a quote, Ash passed the savings back to me. This place deserves 10 stars! I had a chip that turned into a run across my whole windshield of my brand new 2016 Hyundai Accent. I called several places for quotes and they were all in the 300 and above range. I called a few places to get quote an Mr.Nona was by far the best! He even gave me tips to look out for if I decided to go else where. I called months before and finally decided to have the work done there. I got and even better deal than the original quote! Ended up calling him to have my windshield ready on a Saturday. Showed up about an hr before closing time. I thought he closed at 2. Either way he took me in with a smile. I think it took about an hour but honestly felt like 20m. Called these folks after my drivers side window was smashed in by a thief. The staff was understanding and sympathetic to the situation. They went out of their way to ensure that I got the best service. I needed to have my winshield replaced and I did some shopping around before i stopped at secured auto glass. They were cheaper than the others and and quality and service was top notch. Hopefully I wont need any more windshields for any other vehicles but if I do I will definately be going back to them. I called ahead and was quoted $250 to repair my sunroof before making the drive to this shop. When I arrived, the place seemed busy, which gave me confidence that I had chosen a reputable business. The staff confirmed the quoted price but said they were too busy to complete the repair that day and asked if I could leave the vehicle until the following day. I agreed and left my car with them. A few hours later, I received a call saying that after inspecting the sunroof, additional parts were supposedly broken and the repair would now cost $750 instead of the original $250 quote. This raised concerns for me, as it felt like a bait and switch situation. Rather than moving forward, I picked up my vehicle and sought a second opinion. Another glass company came To my home (it was a mobile service) completed the repair for $300. The technician there told me there was no indication that anyone had previously inspected the sunroof, and the additional repairs and replacement sunroof I had been told were necessary were not needed. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone getting a quote from this company to obtain a second opinion if the price changes significantly after the fact. I'm glad I decided not to proceed with the repair here
