It was a two-person crew and communication was difficult due to a language barrier (mandarin speaking only), which made it hard to clarify details or ask questions during the process. We did use Google Translate but it only went so far. My biggest concern is the inconsistent quality of the roller shade and blind installations. Some blinds operate correctly, but others shift when adjusting them -- the headrail moves up and down whenever the tilt wand is used. Instead of correcting the mounting, a temporary workaround was used that leaves the headrail sticking out about an inch. There were also measurement and fit issues. One roller shade cassette appeared to be incorrectly sized and had to be forced into place. Several shades are not evenly aligned within the window frames, with varying inset depths that are visibly inconsistent. Additionally, one of the roller shades fails to fully close, which suggests quality or installation problems. Overall, I'm disappointed with the workmanship and finish.

I do want to recognize Lyn in the office, who has been much more responsive and helpful whenever I've reached out. I've really appreciated her follow-through and communication. The Installer, Gerard was in constant communication regarding the date to install the blinds. Texted us like he said 15 minutes before he arrived.
