That's extremely unprofessional and not how customers should be treated. I'm trying to bring my account current and enroll in autopay to prevent future issues, but I can't do that until these charges are addressed. Customers shouldn't be penalized for a failure in the company's own notification system. I'm hoping someone from Waste Management can review this situation and make it right.
