So I've been going to AAA massage for the last 14 years because I have huge tension in my shoulders and I get migraine headache all the time. They are good obviously otherwise I wouldn't be going for the last 14 years. I though I'd try a new place today. I was skeptical but the lady standing by the front door ( the door was opened ) was very friendly so I went in. 60 minute foot and full body was sooo relaxing. This place actually massages head and the face too and it's super relaxing. Half way through she closed the curtains and told me to take my shirt off and I was a bit uncomfortable because the other place is fully clothed the whole time. But soon I realized that it's better with the shirt off . She really digs deep into my tissues and felt so good. 60 minutes later I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I'm glad I tried this place. There were curtains to cover the area where I was being massaged BUT they were only Pulled/used when I asked. This was after MULTIPLE people had walked by. Lulu did my massage. It was pretty painful and not relaxing at all. She used my sweatshirt (as in pulled it) to cover areas in my body she did not want to touch. I accidentally thought the massage was over but it wasn't so she literally shoved my head into the massage table so she should continue. I had a headache after my massage because of her carelessness. Still tipped and paid for the massage. NEVER, trying them again though. Such a joke. read more

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE RATINGS AND GOOD REVIEWS!!! DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! TL;DR at the bottom. I wanted to treat my wife after a hard couple days of at home duties and child care while I waited on COVID test results. I WISH I HADN'T! Pleas keep in mind, my wife's mother WAS a massage therapist for 12 years and knows a thing or two about massage therapy. My wife wanted a one hour deep tissue massage and was presented with hot rocks??? Red flag. They asked what the problem areas were (upper back & neck) and started working on the lower body! The FIRST masseuse was massaging her spine and causing pain, not providing relaxation. After my wife told her not to MASSAGE HER SPINE, they adjusted but it was still unsatisfying as the masseuse continued to massage everything except the problem areas my wife requested. Then, A DIFFERENT masseuse was called in without any explanation and started massaging and LEFT THE DOOR OPEN ON MY EXPOSED WIFE! Keep in mind, there was already no sense of privacy as she could hear the whole building because the "rooms" aren't connected to the ceiling. Then, she heard rustling and looked up to see someone else entering the room who quickly backed out of sight once noticed (video of noises attached). For the second half of the massage (which was admittedly better), she had to listen to the "massage therapists" talking, pots and pans banging and microwaves?! That's the opposite of relaxation. Confused, my wife was told the massage was done without realizing the passage of time. Understandably, my wife didn't want to pay for this experience. A large man was brought to her to "talk" about her grievances. After my wife briefly explained the situation and why she wasn't going to pay, the man blocked her exit, yelling at her and forcing her to pay before leaving. If you're still reading this and maybe deciding to come to this massage parlor, please don't. Find a recommendation from a trusted source. I wanted this to be a great experience for her, but it wasn't and if I could I'd give NEGATIVE STARS. If only you all could see the text messages they sent me after they asked for a review. THE AUDACITY! TL;DR -don't come here if you value your body, money & time. -doubtful that all "massage therapists" are certified. -heed the negative reviews as some of those experiences were shared by my wife. -lack of privacy, noisy and inexperienced masseuses -massive language barrier and your requests will most likely not be acknowledged. -you may leave in more pain then you already had. -can't speak to the positive reviews but other negative ones are spot on! read more

First off, when I called to see if they accept walk ins, the man on the other end suggested I make an appt. So he got me scheduled 45 minutes after my call- which was perfect! Second- I felt very welcomed the minute I walked in. My masseuse was beyond sweet, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole experience. I bought the 90 minute combo deep tissue massage on Groupon. First I was an hour late to my appointment and the staff were very accommodating. I did keep in contact with them, accident on Herndon and I showed up to the wrong location (my fault entirely for not looking up address). The check in was very easy and quick. The place is very clean and tranquil. Lucy was amazing. I prefer deep tissue and she relieved my tensions. First I had my scalp and tissue massaged. Then I went to a more private room and had my torso and leg oil massage. I had so many knots she even used the hot rocks. She was very kind and kept making sure I was comfortable. Relaxing music. Then ended with the hot towel wipe down. All in all. It was one of the bests massages in a long while. I enjoyed it so much I bought the Groupon deal for my daughter and one of her friends. I'm not one to give negative reviews but I just genuinely did not enjoy my experience with CA relaxing station. My husband bought me a Groupon for a 60 min combo massage with scalp and foot massage. It felt like they were near impossible to schedule with - they gave me a date and a time, cancelled it, and then when I tried to reschedule, they didn't take any of my preferences into consideration, never called back and didn't text back timely or in response to my questions. Also, they're did seem to be a bit of a language barrier and I had a hard time grasping what they were saying on the phone and during the appt. Either way, I was able to walk-in, which was a plus, showed them my Groupon and they just kept saying "combo? Combo!" Repetitively, and I felt so uncomfortable because I didn't know what the issue was. The girl brings me in the back and has me prepare for the massage, and the first thing I notice is I can hear a man speaking loudly because the walls don't go to the ceiling, so you can hear everything and everyone around you. I proceeded to have the most PAINFUL back massage ever, felt like a rolling pin was just rolled over my bones for 30 min, with no muscle relief. It's been 8 hours and my upper back is in absolute pain. We move on to another room for the foot/scalp massage, that's open with 4 beds in it, no privacy, left with all the curtains open. This man comes to the room and he literally falls asleep snoring loud just a few beds away from me, no privacy, and it made the experience SO uncomfortable. The scalp and foot massage were actually pleasant, although she didn't really massage the soles of my feet or under my calves like I would've preferred. She also did this weird thing where she lifted my foot high and let it drop really hard and it was not relaxing. Additionally, whenever they heard a new customer come through the door, they would drop everything and run to the door DURING the session, which I really didn't like as the customer. All in all, the place looks seemingly clean although I would've felt more comfortable seeing the products used on me because after I felt VERY itchy; and it's decorated tastefully but I hated the lack of privacy and I felt like that plus the language barrier made it a more stressful than relaxing experience. I would've preferred to be able to communicate with who is touching me. She was very sweet, but I especially didn't like being dropped for other customers. I won't be going back. read more

For the price, I really don't think it could be better. I got the 90 minute combo and had Coco who did a great job. There are two sections one is the foot and scalp part which was probably my favorite and that is a shared room with others (clothes remain on for this part). Room is calming and most are quiet but many gentlemen come here and tend to snore 5 minutes into it but it is only humorous to me and doesnt ruin the moment. Second section is the private room where they will work on the backside and rest of body. The technique is more to get stress and knots out so I wouldn't recommend to people who have zero pain tolerance. read more

I would describe my massage today as: CONFUSING. It was basically a one hour moisturizing session, rather than a massage session. The space is one large room with 4-5 beds lined up and curtains in between. For some reason they left my curtains open and since they had me leave my clothes on, this made for a very awkward massage. Since my clothes were on, she would stick her hand up my shirt or down my shirt to reach certain areas.. but she couldn't reach my mid back (where all my knots are!) so she just skipped the area entirely and moved to my lower back. She then rubbed my lower back vertebral bones repeatedly, rather than the muscles on either side. I think she confused the bones to be knots because she kept trying to press them out! It started to feel like a friction burn on my bones, so after what felt like a lifetime, I got fed up and had her switch completely to a foot massage. I think the prenatal aspect of having me lay on my side was confusing for this less experienced masseuse. The owner had to come and direct her several times during my massage which was distracting, but also she kept leaving the room often, each time returning with only a few pumps of lotion. BUT the special positioning does not excuse her lack of knowledge of basic anatomy and technique. In the end I'm glad I spoke up and redirected her because otherwise I would have been sore I'm sure. TLTR: -Friendly; accomodated when I ran late. -Awkward with prenatal positioning. -Incomplete massage... skipped most of my back, which was my requested focus. -Unfamiliar with anatomy... spent majority of time rubbing bones rather than muscle. -Distracting cuckoo clock, loud conversation, and inexperienced masseuse. read more

We researched Yelp like crazy to find a place in Fresno for a massage. Called a lot of places, read a lot of reviews, and decided to come here. We have a lot of foot reflexology/massage businesses in SF and Bay Area; so, we weren't quite sure what to expect here, especially after the 2017 massage parlor prostitution ring bust in Fresno. When I called, a man picked up the phone and booked our 90-minute couples massage (deluxe - oil massage). We arrived on time and he checked us in quickly. He translated exactly what we wanted to the two lady masseuses (they look tiny, but we noticed their arms are super buff - good sign!). They had 3-4 smaller, private rooms with massage tables and some rooms had railings on the ceiling for back walks. Since we were a couple, we were put closer to the entrance, which is an open area with two lower sofa beds. The curtains went around our area for privacy, which is essential since we were only in our underwear. Gradually, the pressure got stronger. She hit all the right spots that had so much tension. Towards the end, they brought out hot stones (on the house!) - that felt amazing. Our 90-minute couple's massage cost us $130; we left them a $30 tip - that's a pretty freaking awesome deal for a clean, deep-tissue, hot stones couple's massage. Huge language barrier I felt like I was not heard correctly. I had a male masseuse who kept burping and clearing his throat without a care in the world. That was not relaxing at all. When I went to pay there was not clear instruction. I go to give them a 100 dollar bill to pay for the service they did and they looked at me like I still owed them money. They forced me to tip and that ruined it for me. Tipping is not a requirement and they made it feel like it was. Never again. read more

Omg I was recommended by this place and Lucy was the one who did an amazing job on my body. It felt so good that I K.O when she started working on me. I would definitely come back to her again. The place was peaceful but the only problem is you start hearing their next door neighbors using blenders (maybe) but it was somewhat annoying instead of getting that peaceful relaxing environment. But you can't choose your business neighbors. Lucy then greeted me at the front right before I was leaving which is thoughtful. She offered me a cup of water and a piece of guava candy.
