They had 3 beautiful rooms to show and after hearing everything we went for it and booked hacienda which was the biggest room! They were all so helpful from start to finish! I dealt with Miriam the whole year going through everything choosing decor,food, the week of gabby helped with all the questions that came with the stress of the last week! When we went in on Friday everything was set up and everything looked beautiful! Gabby went over the schedule and anything I would need help on to relay to daisy who would be my coordinator the day of! And let me tell you daisy did not disappoint! She was amazing from setting up my self serve nacho and tostiloco bar, to keeping it organized and clean, to keeping the servers on track with the night, helping to remind me what was next, and organizing the stuff in the kitchen for me to just grab and go once the night was over! Chef Henry has cooking demonstrations and classes, $70 pp, plus tax and gratuity. I was fortunate to get one of the last spots in the class of 20 people. The evening's menu: -Wild Arugula Salad - Grilled Veggies -Penne Pasta with Bolognese Sauce -Pollo Florentine with chicken stock, butter and garlic sauce. The class was casual as the Chef took us step by step, shared cooking tips and allowed questions. I am especially happy to learn how to make the sauces and dressing that can be used for a variety of other dishes. I plan to attend future classes, of which, one will be Short Ribs with whipped potatoes. We were able to sample this and it was fantastic. We were given a mini recipe book that listed the items from the class with instructions and ingredients and an apron to take home. Don't be shy, sign up for the next class.
