Their process allowed for us to pick up the items on our own schedule by using a key code to access our items. There was a similar process for returns. I also like that they gave us the option of renting daily as opposed to the one week minimum another business required. This option was more affordable and allowed us to rent more items! We got a stroller, a push buggy, a rocking horse, a safety gate, a high chair and a bin full of toys that were perfectly hand picked for my 18mo old daughter. We were so grateful that this was available to us. The flexibility and affordability was such a blessing! I still wish we had opted to add a beach cart... that would have also helped tremendously!

Made a last minute reservation of 4th of July and was happy to see they had a double kayak…read moreavailable for my time slot. Accidentally got there too early but they had no problem at all and let us take it out when we got there. We did the self-guided 2 hour tour and the employee went over a few paddle instructions and tips of where to go and not to go. He also offered us a dry bag to take with us. Kayaks and paddles worked great and we went thru 2 mangrove tunnels and the sandbar by midnight pass. Even got out and walked over the land bridge to turtle beach. Had a great time! Recommend and would rent from here again!
