Booking was super easy and the rental process was thoroughly explained. We invited two other couples to join us and found the pontoon boat that we chose to be spacious and comfortable for the six of us and one dog. We arrived around 8:45am to check in and carry our belongings down to the dock where everything was loaded into the boat for us which was nice. We were then given an explanation of the area map and a tour of the boat. We had an amazing day on the water where we saw several dolphins, found dozens of sand dollars, parked at some sandbars and caught a few fish. We arrived back at the dock at 5:00pm and unloaded our stuff onto the dock where it was loaded into a cart and wheeled to our vehicles for us which we really appreciated. The fine folks at Cortez Watersports were friendly and catered to us beyond our expectations. We would definitely visit them again and highly recommend that you consider them for your next on the water outing.

Accidentally got there too early but they had no problem at all and let us take it out when we got there. We did the self-guided 2 hour tour and the employee went over a few paddle instructions and tips of where to go and not to go. He also offered us a dry bag to take with us. Kayaks and paddles worked great and we went thru 2 mangrove tunnels and the sandbar by midnight pass. Even got out and walked over the land bridge to turtle beach. Had a great time! Recommend and would rent from here again!

We picked out our bikes and they made sure they were good to go. I asked them to adjust my seat a few times and I tested it around their nice size parking lot and all was well. I like that they have parking here too because we left our car. Parking can be quite difficult in Anna Maria Island. This was such an easy, friendly experience. They also let me know the best route to take with less cars. That was left out of the parking lot and left at the next street. It sure was perfect. Definitely recommend their bike rentals. $6 for a half day rate and a brand new bike can't be beat. My husband had the new bike. I could have, but I needed the lower bike.

We had an absolute blast, so I got his card ( I wasn't the one who booked him) for future use... which was one month later. My son and his girlfriend were visiting from out of state, and had always wanted to jet ski. We easily booked on line and finalized location via text. Carlos was extremely accommodating :he met us down the road where there was a marina and was punctual (he early, we almost late). His 2 jet skis were beautiful, well maintained and ready to go. Full briefing on safety and usage ( 2 different kinds), and off we went! Tons of fun. No problems.
