I was prepared for "similar to Mexican, yet different". The grilled beef steak(like carne asada) with oiled rice and salad was served with a small side plate of round thick tortilla -like bread. Sort of like a pupusa without a filling. I can tell there was corn meal in it. I ordered the hibiscus tea. It was tasty and refreshing. One of my dining companions ordered a dish that was as somewhat similar to a chile relleno, only filled with ground beef and without cheese. It was tasty and savory, but had no heat, no chiles. It was a little awkward for me, because had no expectations of what to expect. The meat was a little salty, and tasted good. The serving portions were of good size. I do like the heat of Mexican food, so I was a little disappointed the El Salvadoran food isn't. Next time, illstick to the pupusas. Service was attentive.

I could order on the phone so when we got out of our little business we went to pick up. At first I didn't know it was a food truck. But then when we got to the place we saw it. So when we got there they were making them and they didn't take that long to finish. They were good despite the look the taste was there. The salsa needed to be a little bit spicier. The service is super friendly as well! Their food truck is on a main road (Cleveland in the Chevron parking lot) in Madera which is super convenient, but it's also awesome that they're on DoorDash. You could hear the lady in the kitchen making and the sound of the sizzle as she out them on there. When our server came out with the order they were steaming hot from how fresh they were. There are also a really good size. I got two because I was not sure how big they were going to be. But one is a good size because they are stuffed. I loved that there were not flat like other pupusas I've had in the past, they were nice and stuffed. The filling was great, I could taste the chicharron, the cheese, everything was so tasty. I called ahead and ordered 3 pupusas and the noreganos. Noreganos is a dessert type of thing made with corn flour. It comes with syrup. The pupusas were great size. I ordered cheese and beans. They come with the pickle cabbage and salsa. They gave me hot and mild. They also serve different dishes and they are all from their Country. So far I have just tried the pupusas. The dessert tastes good. They are no salty or sweet because you have to deep them in the syrup. It has good flavor. They are fried. Maybe that is why they are good so far I have come twice. So I came this second time because I was craving them. Knowing that they make them good here makes me happy
