Great surprise. This food truck has it figured out with a pager system that allows you to find a seat and enjoy a beer from the adjacent brewery while you wait. The food was great and made fresh to order! Would recommend both the quesadilla and pupusas!

Went for the vibes, stayed for the food. The papusas were absolutely delicious. Had a zucchini one, flower one, and pork one. I'd rank them in that order in terms of deliciousness but they were all good. My wife's chicken quesadilla was 10/10, absolutely highly recommend. Food didn't take too long to come out and the beer yard is a great place to relax. Highly recommend

Grab some brews at three rivers and this food truck was there. I clearly got very excited to eat that I forgot to take pictures. I ordered 2 carne asada & 2 al pastor tacos & a pupusa. Food was outstanding. She has a self your self condiment station with onions, cilantro, sauces and if you like heat try The pickled red onions with pickled habanero peppers. Prices are great and service was fast.

Food is gas. Wasn't waiting too long. Outdoor seating was exactly what I needed on the hot day. I would definitely get again.

THE #1 FOOD HACK Everything else is wildly overpriced in the area. These pupusas are $5 each and are pretty filling. SERVICE Walk up, order, receive pager, wait, pager alerts, pick up order. EASY! AMBIANCE VERY CASUAL. Outdoors along the river front. It's about as nice as it gets in town. Lots of folks drinking beers as it's located within a brewery. NOTE: Walk thru the brewery to the back to find the food truck :)

Omg, these were some of the best pupusas I've ever had! For a food truck, we were blown away! Delicious, very much reminded me of when I was growing up, the Salvadoran kid in me is always excited to try anything Salvadoran related in the valley. The service can take a few minutes, but worth every minute of waiting! Each pupusa is made by hand and quality ingredients, the salsa, the cortido are all must try! The ambiance, what else can I say? At the foot of Sequoia National Park, right along the river, with plenty of outdoor seating and nestled next to a brewery, might as well be heaven! Delicious!

Pork and cheese pupusa and jalapeño and cheese pupusa. With cabbage and sauce on top.

Parked in the outdoor dining section of Three Rivers Brewery is Pupusas la Sabrosa. The seating area is pleasant and shaded by trees and surrounded by greenery. The river can be seen and heard right below. These pupusas remind me of homemade ones, they are delicious and super fresh made to order. My favorite is the pork and cheese but the jalapeño and cheese is good if you're looking for a vegetarian option. The cabbage slaw is a must as well as the sauce which both come with your order. We tried the asada quesadilla and they were great as well. The service is great as well, they are always very friendly and you're given a buzzer so you can wait at your table until the foods ready. It can be a bit of a wait but it's worth it for the fresh food so I recommend ordering sooner than later.

The food truck can be found by walking through the brewery. We ordered the zucchini with cheese and the pork with cheese pupusas. Both were delicious! It was hard to cut through the pupusa with the plastic forks they had so I ate with my hands instead.

Not a bad place in such remote area but had better popusas. Bomb view of the river though, a bit hectic with parking also

    What are the hours?

They are a taco type truck. Maybe when the brewery closes which is at 9pm.

There is ample parking in their lot once you arrive. The entrance and decor is BEAUTIFUL--so many lovely cultural pieces. The place is filled with the sounds of wonderful Mexican music playing in the background. The service is FANTASTIC. Our waitress was kind, quick, and very friendly. You get chips and salsa as soon as you're seated. My friend and I ordered breakfast burritos, which came with bacon, ham, cheese, egg, and potatoes. FIRE burrito! Also, they come with two salsas--one is delicious and one is SPICYYYY. Beware! Their agua fresca de pepino y limón was refreshing, their restrooms are clean, and you can even purchase other wares from their store. Overall, a GREAT choice to stop at if you're in Porterville or passing through. :)

You could tell they were made fresh, and whomever is the cook, knows how to season well. Service was on point and super attentive. They checked on me at least 4 times to make sure everything was good, which honestly made the whole experience even better. It's rare to see that kind of consistency in small local spots. The only thing I felt was missing was a more savory salsa to match those tacos. The one they gave me seemed like a salsa de chile de árbol -- spicy with good flavor, but I wished I had an extra salsa option that leaned more on the smoky or tangy side to balance out the richness of the gobernador. The place was quiet, comfortable, and relaxed -- no loud music or chaos, just a good spot to sit back and enjoy your food. Definitely worth a visit again. Next time, I might ask if they have any different salsas to try with those tacos.
